Obama Observation (Rock Star)

OK, let me state this first, I don't hate the man. I have no ill will towards him or his family.  I appreciate the freedom that the President of the United States represents in America including the freedom to disagree. In some countries, if you write, or speak anything against the current rent-a-regime in charge, you could be imprisoned or worse. 

I purposefully do not allow myself to get to wrapped up in politics for sake of high blood pressure, and my wife says it makes me grumpy. She's probably right. I remember my step-father getting ulcers from politics. He could never accept it. 

But I have been paying attention to the whole President Obama craze taking the world by storm. And when I say world, I do mean world. The rock star, who has all of Hollywood behind him, every minority group in America, "except whites"(joke), behind him, and all the power players in Washington, all right there with him. A man that talked so much about change, has added some of the most far-far-left liberal staff to his administration. He even has a few lefties worried about how extreme some of his staff are. Anyway, it's no doubt that this is the most anti-conservative administration that our generation can remember.

The most amazing thing about President Obama, is this, he can do no wrong. Really! Have you ever observed a true Obama supporter. You will leave them truth, and facts, and they say it's not true. You bring back your evidence, and they refute it by changing the subject to some other social topic, or about some other politician. I have seen this behavior in the work place with political or biblical discussions, but never to this scale. This is why my step-father got ulcers. Because the truth was so evident, and yet, people still stick with their king. There is so much out there about President Obama that should enrage most Americans, but they just explain it away as right-wing propaganda, or in some cases act like it doesn't exist.

From a biblical perspective, it's pretty safe to say, this is the most wicked, godless, degenerate age we have ever lived. The immorality, the perversion, the acceptance of evil, the promotion of godlessness. In a forum that I like to frequent for entertainment value, someone made a post that ask, "Where do people go when they die", I was the ONLY person to live a biblical, gospel laced, response, and boy, did I catch it. 

I said all that to say this, America will get their king. They will get what they wanted. A immoral nation voted for Obama. They wanted a politically correct, smooth talking president who wouldn't have a problem with their sins, and way of life. Or at least who wouldn't admit he does. You gotta be politically correct ya know. You can't say anything against people in the same room as you, that you may disagree with. It's unthinkable. How could you create such a awkward situation. Just lie to keep the peace and every one is happy. The ego on some people that they get utterly offended if someone disagrees.

I will close this post with my response to the "Where do people go when they die" post, and a thought. The word "christian" has been so tainted now that it includes every protestant church, and religion out there. And "christians" in general are now truly becoming the minority. 

I answered:

Heaven or Hell, plain and simple. It's not popular, I know, but it is just as real as this present world.

No religion, no alms, no prayers for the dead, and no purgatory.

No works being weighed (good and bad).

Only the FAITH in the shed blood of Jesus Christ can save a soul. So all you out there who think your just passing on in some journey, or you will dwell in nothingness, or you will reincarnate, I hope you reconsider your latter end. 

When it's all said and done, and your dead, education is useless, money is useless, friends and family are gone, all influence you ever had in life, wiped away, no one there to sound cool to, no one is there to impress with your knowledge, no one is there to hear you mock the dumb Christian, and you are standing before a HOLY, righteous, supreme, GOD in your own righteousness, and he says, "Give account...", what are you to say? 

Remember, before you answer: 

"Every idle word that man shall speak shall he give account thereof in the day of judgment."

So i've got to stand in front of some jerk i never met to be judged for every word i've ever said? When jesus' stenographer whips out the part where i said "worm food" is he gonna say "too bad, you said worm food" and feed me to the worms. Sounds a little narrow. If that's the case i think i'll keep shoppin' around for a more compassionate maker.

I respect your right to observe whatever spiritual beliefs you want. But bang that drum in the privacy of your own home. No want wants to hear that "doom and gloom"/"Meet your Maker" stuff around here. It just sounds freakin...................... religulous.

I answered:

Ya know, respectfully, I don't want to hear all the hocus pocus, reincarnation, worm food, etc. stuff the same way you don't won't to hear you will stand before HIM, but I don't rail on the people that I disagree with. It's called tolerance, and if you aren't mature enough to accept a different view on things, then don't attempt to debate them. 

And I agree with you about being worm food. Your physical body will be 6 ft under with the worms. We came from dust, and we'll return to dust. What are you going to do about your soul?

When someone starts a thread titled, "What happens when you die", you can expect several cans of worms to be opened, no pun intended.
