Beauty and the beast Pt. I

So apparently, Miss California  was asked her thoughts on Gay Marriage by a openly gay judge. She responded,

"We live in a land where you can choose same-sex marriage or opposite. And you know what, I think in my country, in my family, I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman. No offense to anybody out there, but that's how I was raised."

So what's the big deal. The article I quoted from says that she sparked a fire, and it may have cost her the competition. She also stated afterwards that she had no regrets about her answer. I mean, come on, this is America still right. We do STILL have the right to RESPECTFULLY disagree, and even debate. Apparently not. Keith Lewis, the man who runs the competition said this.

"As co-director of the Miss California USA, I am personally saddened and hurt that Miss California believes marriage rights belong only to a man and a woman," said Lewis in a statement. "I believe all religions should be able to ordain what unions they see fit. I do not believe our government should be able to discriminate against anyone and religious beliefs have no politics in the Miss California family."

Okay, there about a million things wrong with this statement. Mr. Lewis said he was "saddened and hurt" but what she said. Why, it's her business. You do believe in freedom don't you. You know, I'm gonna chase a rabbit here, but how many of these nut jobs have actually ever read our nations documents that gave us the freedoms we have. That is another topic of discussion for some other time. (Mr. Lewis now denies that he said any of this, can you say damage control)

I don't get it. This crowd, homosexuals, and liberals, they are always complaining about tolerance, and getting onto everyone else about accepting each others differences. But don't let someone else view their opinion, especially on live TV. Then the hammer falls.

Mr. Lewis goes on to say that "I believe all religions should be able to ordain what unions they see fit." Man, the stupidity of human thought processing. Religions do not ordain anything. It's the book. It  has always been the book. Any laws that have been or ever will be have a foundational origin from the Word of God. Not any man, not any religion. Statements like that from Mr. Lewis, politicians, educators, etc have become a common way to appear to show their tolerance. They can say religion, and talk about man ordaining things all they won't. You know why they won't say the bible. Cause the bible doesn't change, and man and religions do.

Anyways, last of all he said at the end of that little tirade "Religious beliefs have no politics in the Miss California Family." What a simple man Mr. Lewis is. Does he even understand what he said. What religious beliefs. Did Miss California say anything about religious beliefs. No. She answered a question and she is being persecuted for it. Religious beliefs have no politics in the... whatever. Let me ask you this then. Why did you have Perez Hilton as a judge if religious beliefs have no politics. Have you seen Perez Hilton. Have you seen that man. He is as fanatical and religious a person can be about their perversion and sodomy. I guess Perez Hilton can have beliefs and politics in the Miss America Pageant, but the contestants can't. So how can anyone of the voters vote for someone if they are forced to be something they are not. She answered truthfully, and that's who she is.

Let's not forget, that millions of voters in the state of California voted yes on Prop 8, so these perverts are not the majority they want you to believe they are. One of the other contestants from the pageant, Miss Massachusetts said, "It's really hard to think that people still think that way." Really, do you see the underline agenda. The vast majority is against it. Don't be fooled. America doesn't want same sex marriage. When Miss California answered Perez Hilton, which sparked all this, the look on his face was so condescending, like he was thinking, "everyone is for gay marriage, how could you answer that way." That's what they want you to think, and accept.

You know, should we even be shocked. It is common place now for anyone who disagrees with the the liberal way of thinking, to be ostracized or cut off from the fold.
