Suffering, the Little Children!

It has taken a while for something to arrest my attention, and to compel to write down my thoughts on a matter. One can never expect headline like those we see in our age today. Jessica's Law should never be a guideline or a "maybe" to men, or women in position of political power, when it comes to seeking to keep children safe from predators. It should be exactly what it is in name, a law. "The Tyranny of Good Intentions" is a phrase I often use to describe instances such as this. Budget, funding, and any other underhanded, self realized revelations of men has the potential to release a flood of offenders on the communities in the "land of the free". It just so happens that this is the report from California, and unfortunately, it is not JUST sexual offenders, but (violent) sexual offenders, too often their pray are those that are weak and defenseless! This subject cannot be dealt with more incessantly.

As far as I can tell this is a early report, but apparently, some whistle blowers, finally blew their whistles at the Department of Mental Health when they allegedly went against policy and LAW, and subsequently led to the release of Seventeen Thousand sexual offenders back on the street. The Department of Mental Health decided to hand over 17,000 cases of violent sex crimes to one Psychiatrist. This one man reviewed all of these cases over the last few years and 17,000 of these offenders were released on the California streets. This is highly illegal and subverted. The Attorney General Compliant can be viewed here. This was done to cut spending. A Man raped and killed a 14 year old girl 4 days after being released from incarceration! It is already a disastrous turn of events. Imagine being the parents of that little girl.

If it doesn't make sense there is a buck in it! If you want to find out the truth, check the money trail! We have all heard these profound statements of searching and investigating truth. Who has the clout to battle big politics? It makes one dream of the old West where justice was swift and furious. Sure many men were killed in haste and injustice. Sometimes over a hand of cards. But horse thieves were shown no mercy. Men who defiled youth were shown no quarter. Even enemies agreed upon these matters. Often they wouldn't even make it to the gallows, but were removed by other measures. Any civilized society in the world knows the ramifications of letting such offenders back into a populous. I don't think I can be harsh enough. The very prison population these men inhabited in many cases detested these sort. There will come a day when true justice and vengeance upon the worst sort will be exacted. As well as onto those who aligned themselves with these offenders. Judges, Lawyers, Shrinks, Officials. Nothing will be hidden! They have their reward!

What deals and corner cutting are so expedient to have no concern for repeat offenders premeditated actions? What possible economic struggles do we face today as Americans that would lead anyone to justify letting out the worst of the worse? Why are murderers set free to kill again? Why are rapist set free to rape again? Why are corrupt men allowed to violate purity, youth and innocence, again? Why are crooked politicians and elected officials allowed leniency, and allowed to maintain their positions? Do these men have children of their own. While theirs may be sleeping safe in sound in their houses and lands, ours or put at risk by the public threats. Parents must be vigilant and watching in these times.

One can only shudder at the thought of what goes on behind closed doors. All the hand shakes. All the "you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours" talks. Democrat, Republican, Independents, Libertarian, Constitutionalist, it makes no difference. You work in that system, you will give up something. What are we doing in the political world that is so important, so vital, that we have to cut funds by releasing evil into the world again to rage. Men in politics will do anything to advance their careers. They will change anything to get votes. They will flip sides to win support. These are who we trust for our better judgment on national matters. Those who use our money to travel around the globe to see their mistress. Those who cut cost by releasing lions.

Political life used to be different. It used to be elected officials were elected by the people, for the people. They would travel to Washington, D.C. 2 weeks out of the months. They held much more insignificant roles as the politicians of today. They held less power, and less authority. It was a small government, now it is big government. The held jobs away from politics. They assembled because they wanted to better their society in which they lived, not their selfish careers and wealth.

A friend wondered why there had not been a revolution with all the hikes in tax rates and interest rates. No one can fight the government. or the army that she owns. Men of detestable character, whom at some point in their life had to compromise to even be in such a government. It's would be extremely difficult for a man of biblical faith and character to be wrapped up in such trivial affairs of this life and accomplish anything. The machine usually is not the one who yields. Men give and inch of compromise in politics and the impact is broad.

Budget control! This is why men of this sort were released? In an age where men can go to therapy for sex (The National Board of Psychiatry rejects sex as an addiction, but a proposed new addition), it seems like everyone is irresponsibly looking for pleasure in sin for a season, no matter their position. It's in every facet of life. If men are allowed to follow their black hearted lust, and our system protects and coddles them, and convinces them they have a disease and need therapy, what do we have left to do as parents?

Degenerates let loss to prey and devour. Are all hunting and stalking? Who knows? I doubt anyone is even watching them. But one death is all it should take to overturn such irresponsibility to the people of the state of California and other states who may be directly affected. Tyranny of Good Intentions!

Convenient Lies!

With men such as Al Gore using "ballpark" figures to give the world his interpretation of "climate change", it's becoming more and more obvious that you have to have a lot of faith to believe in the evolutionary religion. At the UN Climate Summit in Copenhagen, Al Gore stated:

"These figures are fresh. Some of the models suggest to Dr. [Wieslav] Maslowski that there is a 75 percent chance that the entire north polar ice cap, during the summer months, could be completely ice-free within five to seven years."

Gore basis this statement on what? Records, statistics, information gathering, analysis, tests, etc? No. These bold claims came from a "conversation from several years ago" with Dr. Maslowski. In fact, Dr. Maslowski said, "It's unclear to me how this figure was arrived at. I would never try to estimate likelihood of anything as exact as this".

More and more of these reports keep coming up about the inconsistencies in their stories with climate change (Climate Gate). Climates themselves around the world are contradicting their theories. Ten years ago, we were going to burn up. The heat waves were so intense. "Global Warming" was the culprit. Man was systematically, through pollution, and gases, destroying the earth that Mother Nature had given us. Now, it can't be Global Cooling due to the contradiction in terms, so "Climate Change" is the new funny phrase.

There are so many of these examples out there of evolutionist, and scientist, and even supporting politicians using their reputation instead of their own trusted laws of science to prove a theory. All of their figures are hypothetic, summations or approximates. They all have the same terminology in all of their findings. The Christian is the fundamental nutcase? The Christian who believes in creation is the religious fanatic? Creation is viewed as "unbelievable".

They have "discovered" this year, that the universe is 1.5 billion years older then "we" thought. Hubble was given an update, which allowed them to see further into the galaxy. They call these galaxies, "the earliest known galaxies". "These galaxies started forming 500 million years after the big bang." Really? Any figures, findings, evidence, provided? Anything? They just say, and we believe. What faith! They say in the article, "We are looking back through 95% of the universe now".

How can America listen to these people of great faith, who keep changing the dates of the big bang back and forth to fit their findings. That's what is happening. That's why they have to change names, terminology, thesis, hypothesis, and theories. They keep running into things they can't fit into their charts, and graphs. They have to keep redoing them, or coming out with 4th and 5th edition textbooks on Astronomy, Evolution, etc. There is still 90% of the ocean that has been uncharted, and we think we have the Universe figured out.

You will not figure out the mysteries of the heavens. No matter how much we invest into the space program. That’s the problem with the real Athiest/Evolutionist. They don’t discount God completely, they doubt. After they doubt, they must come up with a logical reason why they doubt. So, they just treat him as a scientific experiment that needs to be proven. Therefore by scientific analysis, if they can’t prove his physical existence, then the theory of evolution, Darwinism, and the Big Bang, are sling-shotted to the prominent belief in their mind.

What hypocrisy! They hold God to this box of examination and critique, but not the Universe? They can't prove the age of the Universe, anymore than they can prove the existence of God. These things are beyond their human comprehension. So they just pull numbers from anywhere, between 500 million to 700 million years. What if a Christian answered someone from the bible in that way? "Well, I don't know about creation, just read somewhere between Genesis and Revelation and your bound to find an approximate." "It's in there somewhere." The world expects more from us. We give chapter and verse as best we can with our feeble, limited understanding of the scriptures. We don't have the luxury to say, "Oh, somewhere in the area of". We would be discredited! We are expected to answer all of mans questions. If we don't, then man doesn't want what we have. But someone tells you that the universe is 500 million years old and we accept this collectively. Why? Their own minds and studies contradict each other. Their own methods of dating are done differently. When I say their minds, most prominent scientist, intellectuals, philosophers, educators, liberal minds etc.

Prominent Professor, educator Athiest Richard Dawkins explains:

"The temptation [to attribute the appearance of a design to actual design itself] is a false one, because the designer hypothesis immediately raises the larger problem of who designed the designer. The whole problem we started out with was the problem of explaining statistical improbability. It is obviously no solution to postulate something even more improbable."[19]

As such he argues that the theory of a universe without a God is preferable to the theory of a universe with a God.[20

Thats what men do. If they can’t explain God, they remove him. If they can’t scientifically, through process of analysis and examination confirm that God exist, they reject him. They ignore archeological evidence and historical evidence, and repel it with outrageous claims of man made fables such as the “Big Bang” theory and Darwinism.

Even when they give the evidence of their methods of dating, or estimating the age of fossils, rocks, sediment, universe, mass, etc, they use words and phrases like “Scientist assume”, “more or less”, “we can estimate”, this technique of dating assumes the...”, “the agreement of these figures give the scientist a degree of confidence”, “assuming the rate of collection of (moon or space) dust is not a fundamental property of the universe”, or just "ballpark" it, like the politician (not scientist) Al Gore does.

Stephen Hawking, renown theoretical physicist, literal agnostic and scientist, recently claimed his 30 year long theory on Black Holes was incorrect. The very theory that was used to help man to better understand the universe, is now wrong. Thirty years of relative theories from thousands of scientist, using Hawkings "blackhole theories" as a launch pad for other theories, equals mass confusion and contradictions.

They admit this! Research was done with his findings in the "found equations". What does this classify their theories as now? Obsolete! The scientific community was shocked at his admission of error. Science is supposed to prove a theory by analysis and evidence. If some were basing their "own theories" on Hawking, they must start over as well. This theory was his major contribution to cosmology and quantum gravity. He provided mathematical proof for his findings which he now says are inaccurate. “I want to understand the universe...that’s what keeps me going” he said. Hawking has referenced God in a Agnostic way many times in his writings and lectures. When he runs up against things he can’t grasp, he conveniently uses a God to get out of it.

Stephen Hawking said, “The whole history of science has been the gradual realization that events do not happen in an arbitrary manner, but that they reflect a certain underlying order, which may or may not be divinely inspired.”

"I believe the universe is governed by the laws of science, the laws may have been decreed by God, but God does not intervene to break the laws."

He jokingly states that God “gambles” and “throws dice” as if God can’t control his creation when trying to explain thousands of unexplained, supernatural phenomena's that occur in space. They are mysteries. And man, no matter how many telescopes we build, nor how many shuttles and satellites we send into outer space, will never know some of the mysteries in the universe. Their love of knowledge has driven a wedge of pride between them and their very creator. They desire to understand mysteries in the universe that are reserved for the one who made it.

Talk about blind faith. Faith in men, or faith in God. These men consider themselves to be the very pinnacle of evolution. They have the minds and the intellect that can explain all things to the world. They can land on the Moon, hence they have arrived. They have conquered space. This is the method of operation in the mind of man. They don't see the vast universe he created, they see the moon that THEY landed on. They assume they can see 95% of the known galaxy while admitting they can't see the end of it. How do they get the 95% then? How do they know there is only 5% they can't see, if they can't see the end of it? It's nothing more than "great swelling words of vanity". Men who chose not to believe in God now must affirm their disbelief with belief in something else. They disallow creation (Life created by God) as a fairy tale, and they accept a much larger fairy tale of their own (life created out of nothing). Their faith is the big bang, their doctrine is the origin of species, and their hope is in all flesh.

Away "with" the Manger! & My Two Cents

This post is a companion to ("ACLU "legendary birth of Jesus") "Yes Virginia, There is no God" with a picture of Santa Claus and mistletoe is all over Seattle, Washington this holiday season creating controversy. They want Christmas with "Christ" removed from it. The message the ACLU and the foundations like "Freedom From Religion Foundation" is sending is alarming, no matter what you believe the day to represent, that Americans and believer and non-believers should no longer observe a (holiday) holy day that has been practiced for nearly 200 years. I'm not taking this to far either. Imagine if an American moved to Jerusalem, and started complaining of his rights being infringed upon by Hanukkah solely based on the fact that he is a Christian. Imagine him trying to get it dissolved. It makes no sense. Imagine trying to remove a article of religious relevance from a mosque belonging to any one of the Muslims 12 holy days because "the Christian religion is being excluded". Isn't that their own logic? Take your ACLU lawyer to the Gaza strip and try it! You will be killed for just being an American much less a Christian in certain parts of the world.

It is becoming increasingly more popular the hear these stories of attacks on a nationally recognized day in this nation. Reflecting on all of the above, do you know what I think the core of all of these trivial dispicable acts by lawyers, judges, and athiest are? They don't want to see a "baby Jesus", period! They don't want to be reminded of that name above all names. As a collective nation we receive and give gifts once a year on a chosen day, to celebrate “the baby in the manger” the birth of Jesus Christ. In their minds, they can remove the baby Jesus from their coinciousness and vision, and they don't have to deal with any authority. Jesus Christ is acceptable in December as long as he stays in the manger. If they can get rid of the baby in the manger, they don't have to deal with the fact that a man called Jesus physically walked the earth. Considering this is the ACLU who has spearheaded abortion advocacy for decades, it's no surprise they are going after the baby in the manger. They don't want the baby Jesus! He can't develop into a 33 year old man ripping through Jerusalem silencing any lawyer, judge, educator, philosopher, religious sect, and pharisee that he came in contact with. They don’t want to let him out of Nazareth to grow into a man that turned over the tables of the religious crowd of his day. They can't allow him to mature into the Christ who told the young rich ruler the he “lacked on thing” and was in love with his possessions. The world can't deal with that Christ, especially at Christmas time.They don’t want to look at that Christ. They don’t want to look upon the face of the “Lion of the Tribe of Judah”, the “judge of all the world”?

I'm not up in arms trying to put the Christ back in Christmas acting as if I am persecuted by the materialistic Santa Claus followers. I'm up in arms about American Christians having their "rights" trampled specifically because other religions don't recognize the day. Since my childhood, it's always been "Christ"mas in my family. He's always been the reason for our season as far back as I can remember to my great grandparents. I rather enjoy the classy lights and nice candles my wife has on the altar, oops I mean the mantle to celebrate this time of year. It's nice to sip some egg nog every now and then listening to Christmas hymns. I enjoy explaining to my children what Christmas means to me and mommy. It's wonderful to see my childrens eyes light up with joy, yes, in material things, but within the proper setting. I can thank God for these things. I am "fully persuaded in my own mind". I "regard the day to the Lord". I'm not violating the scriptures with these things, and neither is any other family who celebrates Christmas to the Lord. If you "regardeth not the day", do just that and "regard it not."

Christmas to most people, Christian or not, in this country is nothing more than a traditional time to get with family, and, eat drink and be merry! It's different customs have been passed down from family to family since the early 1800's. They aren't worshiping Baal, or sitting in their living rooms offering insence to the Christmas tree, and pagan god's. People need to find another hobby horse. It's only an idol if you worship it! Some worship Santa Claus, some worship Christ, some worship the parties, some worship material possessions. Why do YOU celebrate the day?

The ACLU doesn't care about intents or family traditions. It's now becoming offensive to all non-Christians and must be banished. Christ cannot be recognized. Why can every other nationality that migrates to America bring their holy days, language, cultures, and traditions to our nation, but we can't have ours that have been observed since the early 1800's in America. You can have a Koran and place it in the toilet and it's a hate crime and the offender can face charges of hate crimes of criminal mischief. Then you can take a bible and place it in a toilet and it is an artistic expression and must be protected under "freedom of expression"? Again, it's not about celebrating or not celebrating, but having the "right" to celebrate if you so chose!

This final section is written under the influence of seasonal shopping angst. "Merry Christmas to all who want to have a merry Christmas, and only those who desire to have a Christmas, whatever style of Christmas that may be, have a Merry one on that non-descriptive day in December, and a happy new year!" That, should be hanging outside of a store! Oh, and happy Festivus for the rest of us!

ACLU ~ the "legendary birth of Jesus Christ"

The ACLU is back at it this year in places all over America for Churches or businesses having commemorative Christmas displays or in the ACLU's words, the "apparent promotion and endorsement of Christianity". They have been at it for years with claims of churches and businesses "advancing religion", and delivering "an overtly relgious message" with the Nativity scene. Why the attacks on the most celebrated religious day in history? People of all races, and nations celebrate the religious holiday of Christmas more than any other religious holiday in the world. No other religious day is brought into question by the ACLU, even if they did, it would not even come close on the cases they thrive on protecting any who are not Christians. Whether you agree on the date of the birth of Jesus Christ is less important than the fact that there is in fact a day that people celebrate it. Yet every year, the ACLU, who boast in the fact that they protect all peoples, religions, and cultures' rights, they hypocritically exclude Christianity from their list of the protected, on purpose! By their owns admission even! It's always the same rhetoric every year from the ACLU. The controversy that a manger scene causes just shows their true colors.

Today you have the Christians who argue roots of paganism and Baal bushes. Christians who take a "don't know don't care" attitude when it comes to Christmas. You have Christians who use Christmas solely as a specific day to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ. You have unbelievers and Christians alike who love good old Saint Nick, Rudolph, and the elves from the North Pole. They actually teach their families such fables. You have Atheist who won't Christmas abolished like it is slavery, and you have Atheist that really care less about the word "Christmas" and actually understand what a "right" is. You have the ACLU watchdog keeping Churches and Corporations in check, changing the meaning of what Christmas used to be.

Everyone is so worried about what the "other" people are doing with Christmas. What ever happened to minding your own business? I'm not even getting into the "should we celebrate, or should we not celebrate" debates going around in circles of Christian faith today. I'm not even getting into the fact that Christmas has become more about business, revenue, and the bottom dollars, and commercializing a day lessoning the more important meaning. The founding fathers didn't celebrate Christmas. It wasn't even recognized in America until the 1800's. I won't go into the fact that Jesus Christ was more likely to have been born in September than December. I'm not offended at those who don't celebrate it. People who choose to celebrate a day that recognizes the birth of their Savior, their God, should not be penalized if they say, "Merry Christmas". I could care less if someone celebrates it or doesn't celebrate it, but the point needs to be that they have a "right" to celebrate a day they "regard unto the Lord"!

It's so nice to live in a country where people respect your right to worship and celebrate isn't it? That's just not the case. People in their places of employment are told not to say Merry "Christ"mas anymore. Happy Holidays is the correct thing. Then, they say we are putting a "Holy"day on them. So now what, Happy December 25th? Happy Jesus's Birthday? I mean what do we do now. Happy non-descriptive December day? Are you celebrating the 25th? "Merry Day in December to All" "Remember, remember the 25th of December!"

They can't just let the world freely choose their means of celebration for Christmas can they? They have to dictate and define it! We freely allow them to NOT worship, or celebrate. We are not creating claims of religious persecution when we see other religions celebrate their holy days in America. Some people teach their kids about Jolly old St Nick, that he knows whether your naught or nice, and he has a reindeer friend named Rudolph, and oh, he has a red nose. And they fly all over the world in different time-zones hoping every house has a chimney, filling all the houses with Christmas Cheer and material possessions. But still, I'm not offended. We don't care about Rudolph. I don't care about the stands in the mall with some jolly big red-suited impersonator that knows if kids are naughty or nice! If my son sees Rudolph in the store, I don't run to the manager and tell him that "infringes on my Constitutional rights, or my first amendment right". I don't sue a mall for having a 100 foot Santa setting next to the entrance with a 50 ft long sleigh with "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" blaring on loud speakers. Do you think you could even get a lawyer for that? Could I call the ACLU and explain to them how my religious rights are being trampled due to being subjected to a religious figure whom I do not believe in. Or how Santa Claus delivers an "overtly religious message." We don't rage about the fact that millions of parents teach their children about Santa Claus (Sinter Klaas 17th Century, patron Saint of Children). The ACLU doesn't fear a jolly fat man from the north pole. He isn't a threat to them. We give them their rights. We respect their worship. We aren't offended if someones sends my family a card with Santa Claus on it. It has no bearing on my beliefs, nor will it affect what I teach to my children about the day.

On December 3rd, President Obama and family joined the nation as the President turned on the National Christmas tree this year at the White House. I guess he is sending a "overtly religious message" to all non-Christians. President Barack Obama is not separating Church and State very well is he. Then our President Obama is said to be having a "non-religious Christmas" with his family. No Christmas tree, no nativity scene in the East Room, no Christmas decorations. Yet, President Barack Obama calls himself a Christian? So he isn't having a Christmas tree, big deal. It's the hypocrisy that bothers me. He obviously isn't a Christian, even if he was, he isn't bound to celebrate Decemeber 25th over any other day. No one is. No Christian is bound to celebrate the day of Christmas. It's really a matter of preference.

Atheist and those of the ACLU stripe claim they don't want to go into the store and be told they are a "Christian" by the salvation army at the door, or the people over the loud speaker by hearing Christmas songs with biblical overtone, or "Merry Christmas Shoppers". What about the Christian who does not want to hear music with offensive, derogatory, lewd and impure lyrics every time they go a store or mall. Could a Christian get a lawyer for that? Of course not! No one ever brings that up do they? The ACLU doesn't see how that infringes on our first amendment rights. It's so ridiculous. A church sets up a Christmas display that has hay bales from the Nativity sticking 5 inches into the city owned road, and it's suddenly the church infringing on the state. That's how they use the law to get these things removed. It isn't relevant anymore if homeowners, or private business owners do things within guidelines of the law and county and state permits. If it's deemed offensive by the ACLU, lawyers and judges, they are usually forced to comply. Firefighters this year in Boston removed a Christmas sign from their firehouse that had been there for 50 years. Why can't a homemade sign that says Merry Christmas on it be deemed a artistic expression, or even a "Religious Expression"? Because it had the word "CHRIST" in it, and as you have seen, the world system clearly will not allow that if they can do anything about it.

This is there definition, their own words; they see anything with Christmas in it as this:

"When the county displays this manger scene, which depicts the legendary birth of Jesus Christ, it places in imprimatur of the Macomb County government behind the Christian religious doctrine. This excludes citizens who are not Christian - Jew, Native Americans, practitioners, animist, etc., as well as the significant and growing population that is not religious at all."

They don't want Christ. They cry and claim that we are shoving "Christ"mas down their throats, and stoically stand against the celebration of Christmas, but then they take off days of work for Christmas with family. They accept many "Christ"mas gifts. They accept "Christ"mas cards. Don't be a hypocrite!

If you don't believe in "Christ"mas, then don't celebrate it. In any way shape or form. Don't drive your children down the road in the neighborhood that has lights and trees decorated to commemorate "Christ"mas. Don't watch or buy any Christmas movies with your favorite Hollywood actors. Don't have a double standard about your beliefs. Don't go to any Christmas parties. Don't go to any Christmas events if you are an atheist. Don't watch the "Nutcracker". If you believe in Atheism, why would you care if millions and millions of simpleton, believers, non-believers, cultures, societies, and nations celebrate a day to mark the birth of Jesus Christ. Just dispatch us as ignorant people. You can be the elect educated who are smarter then the rest of us. If you go to a store that has "O Holy Night" playing over the loud speaker, stay true to your principles, and atheistic, agnostic standards and get out. If you are in a bar Christmas Eve feeling sorry for your self because everyone is with family and friends, and the jukebox plays "O Come all ye Faithful" be true to your beliefs and leave and go call the ACLU immediately.

They only deceitfully use the Constitution for their agendas, and when "their rights" are being tread upon. They don't help the Christian when their rights are being tread upon. They use the law ONLY for their kind, to remove what THEY don't want to see. It becomes an issue of "Christians" of all protestant faiths, are now guilty of promoting and endorsing the Christian faith with a Nativity Scene that has proven historical figures, and cultural and religious relevance to a large portion of the worlds population. By doing so, they are offensively, oppressing the homosexuals, the Muslims, the Atheist, the Buddhist, the Hinduist, or any other nationality, religon, or culture that may drive down "Christmas Lane" on a cold December night in any town in America. All the pretty lights, wreaths, trees, decorations, and that offensive little child.

Safe schools czar recommended reading?

They aren't even attempting to hide intentions anymore. Their tactics are blatant, aggressive, and visible to anyone. Even while I purposefully take time away from the 4th estate (media), I see this so often that it alarms me. In another attempt to show you a pattern, I have stated before that this is not a "Christian", "right wing" stance against these groups of people, but a more parental stance against this type of gross disregard for those who are different from them. Meaning, those who "CHOSE" to be straight are now the scoffers and dissenters.

Kevin Jennings, the safe school czar, and founder of GLSEN from 1990-2008 (gay, lesbian, and straight education network) recommends books that are far more explicit than the average run of the mill LGBT propaganda finding their way into our schools. (See: "The Dignity for all students?")

GLSEN says it "works to create a welcoming atmosphere for homosexual students in schools, and that effort includes recommending books for students of all ages." What about the awkward atmosphere that it creates with the majority of straight students across America? They didn't have a choice in the matter.

The blame is shifted in the article above by GLSEN saying it is the parents' responsibility to review these books. Do they not even notice the decline of parental authority in western civilization? Have any of these people been to a mall in America lately? Children today are a MTV generation that hold disdain and contempt for their parents if they do apply rules and values in the home, so they will automatically trust anyone but their parents, namely the educator, counsellor, or the politician. People will use anything to justify everything. The child thinks, "I mean, if these are allowed in schools, they are okay right?" You are influencing young minds who don't even yet understand the impact of their own decisions. They don't fully comprehend right and wrong yet. Who would influence children this way with these books?

"Parents should review these books for subject matter"!?! Hypocrites! What a irresponsible thing for GLSEN to say, as if to cast blame, when they are the ones selecting the "recommended" material! Essentially they are not to blame. And when they are to blame, they are just being "persecuted" by hate-mongering conservatives. This is the man that has "safe school" in his title! They decide on our childrens' approved reading material! These are books for children that they approve for education? Why would these be approved for children in the first place? These are on an "approved", "recommended reading list"! There is no innocent Penguin with Penguin implication here! (See Penguins and Perversion). The cards are down, and the chips have fallen. They have shown what they truly want all literature to be. "It's artful and expressive." This link of their list is truly explicit and graphic both in word and photo. There is no denying the intentions of the writers or those who support these pieces of literature!

Would any parent want their children subjected to subversive, lewd, pornographic material hours after they darken the doors steps of their schools? Not to mention the ages of the targeted audience with these books. In spite of the fact that the overwhelming majority of Americans do not want same-sex unions, it's of no consequence anymore. Whether it's the 3rd graders or the high schoolers, they should have the freedom to choose, without opposition, the opposite sex the same way that gays and lesbians now have their freedom to choose the same sex. The old trends are dying out. Straight kids are now faced with fitting in with their peers or being a bigoted, hateful, religious outcast.

I'm so tired of the true dangers that grow everyday for youth in America. Their life truly "is among the unclean" They have targets on their backs. Their choices are already being made for them in several schools. The influx of homosexual acceptance is more rampant than ever before and only evolving more and more each year. As stated before on this blog, it is no longer the case of homosexuals having rights and being able to freely practice their chosen "lifestyle". They have had this for years now. They may not have the legal right to marry, but no one is being persecuted in the streets. These excuses are not viable reasons to flood our school systems with extremely graphic LGBT material in an attempt to bring "balance". No lesbian or gay student is being forcibly fed "Christian" rhetoric or ideologies. There is no "epidemic" of hate crimes against gays and lesbians. I read one article where the author said, "Gays and lesbians in America are victimized in hate crimes twice as often as blacks, and numerous studies show these attacks are much more brutal than most assaults." It is simply not the case, and is actually the other way around. In 2007, when gays and lesbians did not have nearly as much support for their movement as they do now, the FBI released these findings. When broken down, what you find out is this:

1,521 victims (Sexual orientation hate crimes)

335 - intimidation

448 - pushing, or shoving - no physical injury

242 - aggravated assault

242 out of 855,856 aggravated assault cases (0.028275785%)

Where is the epidemic?

Many of these cases are nothing more then slurs and over sensitivity about "their rights". They complain about America and its intolerance, but fail to realize that they can flaunt their homosexuality practically as much as they want without fear of arrest, slander or persecution. This fact is clearly seen in today's headlines. They have never had it so good in human history. They don't have to hide, they are out of the closets and obviously in our schools.

They have removed the Bible from libraries and prayer from the school system. They aren't required to say the Pledge of Allegiance, they aren't required to read Sunday school stories. They aren't required to pray with fellow classmates. Actual crimes against homosexuals are on a major decline unless you live in predominate Muslim countries or believe the biased, unfounded information from their own fear-inducing websites. Not to mention the lack of facts and findings on these sites. Freedom in America is actually working very well for the homosexuals. In fact, when you look at the world spectrum of abuses and crimes carried out against any person of the LGBT persuasion, America is a small blip. Are they even aware of what some countries have done in the past and present to homosexuals? They should be grateful to a nation that is even considering giving them a piece of paper that says "marriage" on it. This same nation, not 200 years ago in no way shape or form accepted this rhetoric. The definitions have changed. The homosexual movement has made great advancement! This is all methodical in it's process; well thought out indoctrination to desensitize America to tear down the walls of distinction between men and women and to blur right and wrong.

Even when their cause is thriving, they will still find delusional oppression and the need to event bigotry where it doesn't exist. Disagreement or disapproval is not bigotry! I say give them their "rights", let them marry one another. Then, maybe they won't see a need to forcefully shove it in the faces of our children while being protected by their twisted definition of our "first amendment rights". But that won't make a difference will it? They will keep scratching, clawing, and pushing until anyone with values, or morals questions the "fruit of their works", then we are merely discarded as the dregs of society under their boot.

With fear of lawsuits and stiff fines, nearly every corporation in America, private and small businesses a like, say nothing anymore. We now live in a time where you WILL get terminated from a job if you speak out against any LGBT persons or peoples. The military doesn't care anymore. The colleges don't care anymore. Washington doesn't care anymore. And even some churches in America don't care anymore. If they did care, or if it did bother them for personal or religious reasons, they can't say anything. All the advancement, all of the battles they have won, the endless appeals of Prop 8, the repeated claims of persecution comparable to Nazi-Germany, the support from Hollywood and the Entertainment industries, and they still blatantly publish and promote their propaganda for all of America's children, and view such propaganda as non-optional.

They have fought against not having the right to choose their lifestyle, while now they are forcibly denying any right of others. They will appeal propositions until they have changed them in every state. We are now the freaks that don't accept them. We are now the fruits and the nuts. We are now the weird people who need to get with the program. "It's 2009", right? Isn't that what Adam Lambert said? One has to wonder what credentials impressed President Obama for him to put Kevin Jennings in the role of "savior" of our schools and our youth. Especially considering his previously reported oh history involving statutory rape allegations and drug abuse. What a fine pick for the future of American generations coming out of our schools. Drug Free and Safe School czar!?

In the words of Rodney King, "Can't we all just get along?" I would actually prefer that at this point! Instead of fear of prison or fines, "live how you want!" If my next door neighbor wants to teach THEIR own children about the homosexual, bi-sexual, transgendered ways, I guess that's ultimately their business... but it is not the schools! If I want to teach my child purity, values, morals, and righteousness, it's my right as well....not the schools! That has been clear since 1963. I'm not talking about conversation, questions, debate, or discussion among students and their peers, but curriculum and literature that is placed before their eyes!

Standing against the homosexual movement is now portrayed to be the same as how Nazi Germany stood against the Jew. No homosexual is being forced to enter an incinerator in America. Here in California, homosexuals are afforded practically every legal right except the title of "marriage". There is no widespread persecution. I for one don't much care if they want to live the way they live. Honestly! I disagree with it and do not condone it, but realize they have that right under our governments definition of our laws. I don't see a gay man in the grocery store and treat him with disdain or disrespect. I don't key their cars, or mock them openly. I have to carry on conversations with them like any other person. They are here! And the way the world is going, they are staying. These are simply the times in which we live. I will discuss "issues" with them and will answer truthfully and honestly while doing so as politely as possible. Debate is healthy, can encourage truth, and expose error.

What I do take offense at is how the double standard is now ignored. How the LGBT and all the other like-minded organizations are infringing on the "freedom of choice" of those who are different from them. That right is now threatened more and more with these movements and these high positions in government. Kevin Jennings, the "safe schools czar", who before his appointing to his current position under President Obama's administration, was the head honcho of the GLSEN for 18 years. Eighteen years is along time to come up with a recommended reading list, and boy, did he ever!

It just kills them that they don't have the right to marry. They jump to "equal rights" and our documents to justify their immorality. Our documents are not there to protect you from what you deem to be a right. They were brought to fruition for a law abiding people. Your rights are only within the law. Why would you give a law breaker rights? That's why law-breakers are in prison. They are a danger to society, and many of their "rights" are taken away. They think it should be legal to introduce this material to children. They should be locked up. If your child was at a bus stop, and some man came to him with this kind of literature, what would you do? This is their not-so-hidden intent. They want to define what marriage is, they define bigotry, they define our documents, they define our nation. We have the "right" to be married, because we are male and female. That's why marriage was instituted for goodness sakes. For a man and a woman. Why do they want something that was established in every civilized culture on Earth for a man and woman?

If it truly is a "rainbow revolution" that you are bringing, get your own titles. Leave "marriage" to us simple minded people because we are just living in the past and don't know any better. Let us keep our old societal customs and traditions that you mock, but want at the same time. If you want to have your unions, by all means, go ahead. You can even name them something snazzy! I wish you the best of luck. But don't push your manner of life down my throat, or anyone else, especially while claiming the "education card". Don't apply your way of thinking to what has been established for thousands of years because you feel you "deserve" it, or the definition of a word has changed. In 1806, the first definition of the word "marriage" simply stated, "the joining of a man and a woman". By 2009, this last year, all dictionaries now have secondary definitions to include gender neutral language and same sex unions. What will it be 10 years from now?

American Idol Adam Lambert "It's a shame"

"It's a shame..." That was Adam Lambert's response to the backlash he has received from the conservative movements and the religious right. In this years' AMA, the same boy who once sang along side Val Kilmer in the Ten Commandments Musical as Joshua, was walking a grown male dancer on his knees like a dog on a leash. He was also clad in black leathers with bondage flair prating about kissing his male keyboard player, fondling a female dancer while mimicking a sexual act, and singing lyrics that can make the aged blush. He thinks it's a shame "because I think there is a double standard going on in the entertainment community right now." So apparently, if the likewise morally challenged Britney Spears and Madonna can do these things, why can't he?

To hear him explain this stuff like he is a victim, or that he is somehow taken back by this response is revealing of the man's nature. "It's a shame..." he said. What is a shame? The fact that people thought his performance was lewd, unacceptable, and contemptible? Let's not forget what the word "shame" means.

Shame is particularly excited by the disclosure of actions which, in the view of men, are mean and degrading. Shameless - Destitute of shame; wanting modesty; impudent; brazen-faced; immodest; audacious; insensible to disgrace. (this is more of what I was thinking)

"Female performers have been doing this for years -- pushing the envelope about sexuality -- and the minute a man does it, everybody freaks out. We're in 2009; it's time to take risks, be a little more brave, time to open people's eyes, and if it offends them, then maybe I'm not for them."

"It's a shame" because we are blind, and we need to have our eyes opened. Opened to what? "Pushing the envelope about a man's sexuality". I can remember being shocked that Adam Lambert was in the running for America's favorite singer/American Idol several months ago. I was not shocked at him so much...he is a dime a dozen, and just the newest one (Marylin Manson, Howard Stern, Ozzy, Judas Priest, etc). I was more so shocked at how much of a following he had.

After his lewd "performance" at the AMA's, he is catching expected backlash from the "religous right". I didn't watch it of course, and never would waste 3 hours of my time on an awards show that presents these modern day "freedom of expression artists" (see link for explanation) with awards for best song, video, album, etc.

My wife heard about this performance last night showed me the video (she likes helping me find inspiration I guess) to see if I was going to write about this guy. I knew who he was, and was already familar with what he had promised to bring to America. So I cautiously watched the video (thanks to the wonderful world of youtube). I have to say I wasn't as shocked as I thought I would be because I steeled myself. During the rehearsal, he did none of the shocking acts that were actually in the "performance". It was a total premeditated "shock attack". His intention was to shock people, and to be applauded by the likes of all the other deviants such as Perez Hilton.

"And I'm hoping to break down that double standard with this number."

The religious right buys into the "shock factor" and in turn, through their large groups, FOX news and conservative movements, they just gives him more nationalized publicity. It's so easy to fall into this snare. Don't assume Hollywood is ignorant. They get up at arms calling for this action and that action. "Protest his albums, make his pockets hurt, fine him..." Why? You think it will have any bearing on slowing sales in the same nation that has been killing children for years, demeaning God by promoting evolution for decades in our schools, and all of the other unbiblical, immoral, unholy atrocities that are committed daily in America? It's like going after the apple on a apple tree. You have to cut the tree down. Don't waste your time protesting these people. There are more important things in life to devote your time to than Adam Lambert. I submit to you that in this time of recession and financial woes in this nation, his sales will skyrocket regardless of people not having money, nor will the events that occurred at the AMA have any negative bearing on his career as a "glam-god". This is what America wants. They want King Lambert and Queen Lady Gaga.

Who's world do you think this is? It's like when Christians, Protestants, Catholics, and even the Vatican all came together as one and were protesting "Brokeback Mountain" at the theaters worldwide. It didn't even make a dent, but rather far exceeded the producers expectations of their profits. We made them richer by protesting!

Who are you trying to change? The majority of people going to see these movies or these performers are not Bible believers. They are doing what they are supposed to be doing. They are "children of the world". "They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them" - I John 4:5 Those who have Christ, we need to remember that we are pilgrims and strangers. Do you not consider the "kings" we have put into power as a nation? This is Satan's world, and if people in the entertainment industry in Hollywood want to have public orgies on stage on live TV in 2009, it is because our "kings" collectively have agreed to allow them to behave this way in the entertainment and music industry since the 1950's. With the documents of our nation now being twisted to give them ANY "unalienable right" they want, what change can we bring to stop the onslaught of sin and vileness without being regarded as the enemy of their freedoms? It's so backwards! I've said it before, this nonsense was not permitted just 60 years ago in America.

Adam Lambert defensively turns it into a "rights" issue. He wants "equality" at the expense of morality. He's not doing anything wrong, he just wants to fit in like Madonna! Please. The selfishness of Hollywood and her like-minded minions is so detrimental. It's ironic how this young man who once portrayed a biblical character has no concept of "none of us liveth to himself and no man dieth to himself". He has no understanding how that he is "justifying the wicked", and while doing so, he is leading a multitude of twisted fans, young and old, into a new fad of trendy, Manson-esque rock glam with a no-limit, no-borders, and a no-morals reality. Prepare yourselves for a surge of bandwagon glam and goth kids.

P.S. If anyone was speculating over the man's preferred "sexual orientation", (not likely anymore) or possibly who this guy is, the wikipedia (info site) has the attached picture of Adam Lambert, coincidentally, in front of our nation's flag. Interesting how he's portrayed isn't it?

LGBT's Love, Honor, Cherish, and Reject

I had stated in a previous post that the opponents of Prop 8 were not going to wait for long this time to appeal. Our judicial system works in such a way that even if the people have spoken, which they decisively have (see image - red is for prop 8, grey is against prop 8), it can be done all over again. The question remained, would they wait until 2012, or begin sooner. That was answered today as the website"Love, Honor, Cherish" stated that they will be moving forward to repeal Prop 8. This site is the go-to website for all LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, Transgendered) supporters. The petition is available for download, and the site also contains several articles and videos promoting and encouraging same sex marriage.

There is actually a section entitled, "Religion",where they spend time discounting and disproving anything God said derogatory or negatively about same sex unions, and even go so far as to say the "the new testament is more affirming of same sex love" by showing passages where the disciple "whom Jesus loved" (John) had his head on the chest of Jesus Christ. These are nothing more than attacks on morality, and Christians to promote and protect their lascivious lifestyles. Following the verses in the gospels that he lists, the writer, David Zelman actually states, "Jesus loves men, and is not afraid to be physical with them".

Prior to such unlearned statements from a unregenerate man trying to explain the doctrines of the bible, he listed many OT references, and merely explained them away due to failed traditions, and out-dated laws of men. He typically and expectedly goes to the story of David and Jonathan and their close friendship, with pro-gay comments, but then list verses about sodomites being removed out of the land by righteous kings with zero comments. Why not comment on some of the greatest men and kings in the Bible, who routinely removed the sodomites out of the land? A homosexual or sodomite attempting to teach the dispensations and doctrines of the bible is like a med student attempting to lecture interns on the intricacies of brain surgery. It's interesting to point out when he gets past the gospels, and into the books such as Romans, Jude, and Revelation, he has no explanation but only list the verses. He says nothing. He then hangs himself by stating:

"The bible is a book to be interpreted and understood in the context of the time it was written."

So he understands the difference between Levitical law, and the gospel of the grace of God right? No, he ignores any New testament condemnation of homosexuality, and further more, has no explanation for the existence of such passages. This is the game. Portray any opponent of gay-marriage as an uneducated, dumb, simpleton Christian stuck in the past. The video on the same page shows a man and woman coming to the justice of the peace to get married. They jokingly portray this couple being slapped with all these OT laws. Some examples aren't even biblically founded, but rather referenced the time when wicked men practiced the act of "Droit de seigneur" or "Jus primae noctis" which means the "lord's right" allowing the ruling lord of an estate or lands to take the virginity of the virgins, or have the right to the first night. Amazingly, they use this to indicate it is from the bible.

"Love honor and Cherish" is nothing more than another LGBT mask to hide the true agenda. It's purpose is to educate by way of deception, and to promote by way of discrediting. Make Christians look like bigoted idiots with out-dated laws and references to morality contained within the pages of the bible while ignoring context. Any verse of scripture that is against homosexuality is to be explained away and tossed.

"Any person of “faith” who uses the text to condemn, persecute, or dehumanize homosexuals and deny them their rights is randomly justifying a pre-existing prejudice."

In their eyes, we are not afforded the right to disagree. if we do, it is immediately tossed up as prejudice. We are de-humanizing them!

Do you realize what he just said? Any verse of scripture from a bible that condemns or, persecutes homosexuals is guilty of being prejudice. Another article has a sermon from a pastor of a Church in Pasadena California that goes so far as to say the sin of sodom was inhospitality. Inhospitality? Really? They don't even have to have their research documented or thoroughly prepared. This is a "pastor"! They know people read and accept instead of reading and searching a matter out. David Zelman actually said that the lesson we get from Sodom is that "men should not have sex with male angels" I'm not making this stuff up. Read it!

Genesis 13:13 But the men of SODOM were wicked and sinners before the Lord exceedingly" Genesis 19:5 "And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came in to thee this night? Bring them out, that we may know them" (if there is any doubt what "know them "means look at Gen 4:1 "And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived") Two verses later, Lot pleads with them "I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly" Inhospitality, yeah, I guess I see that in there. Sigh...

I Kings 14:24 And there were also sodomites in the land: and they did according to all the inhospitalities of the nations which the Lord cast out before the children of Israel.

He explains away Leviticus because there are other abominations being committed that were listed in Leviticus as well as homosexuality. Ok? Does that change the fact that it's still considered an abomination in the Old and New testaments. Read the article! These people don't even understand their own statements. He explains away Leviticus because of the outdated "abominations" such as using incense improperly or eating pork, but neglects to tell you that many of these laws and commandments found in Leviticus are "ready to vanish away" due to the "new testament"(Hebrews 8: and 9:). Leviticus was written in 1440 BC by OT Jews to OT Jews. Leviticus dealt with the "Levitical Priesthood".

This man continues, and never deals with any verse in the NT. Why is that? Because they can't explain it away by merely referencing old Jewish customs found in Leviticus. They don't even understand simple Sunday School theology, how that we are no longer under the law but under grace. The LGBT has been documented several times in previous posts if you really desire to remove the mask, and see them for what they are. Keep in mind that I can't even post other websites dealing with the LGBT due to content found on such sites. Love, Honor, Cherish? As long as you don't disagree!

White House Czars will not testify

The White House has said "NO" to Congress questioning many of President Obamas' Czars. "These are men and women who are not just advising the President, but they are "actually making policy or negotiating on behalf of Mr. Obama." The argument stems from the fact that President Obama feels he should have "advisors that aren't subject to reproach, or fear of being called to testify." One of the root causes for Congress to request the "czars" be questioned is Carol Browner, the energy and environment czar, who has successfully negotiated and instituted new policies without consulting congress.

There were 18 positions that were created by President Obama, and filled by 18 unelected officials since he took office, and 8 (the untouchables), according to the White House are not "subject to Freedom of Information Act requests or requests for testimonies." The administration claimed that these positions are totally advisory and have no independent authority. If that is the case, then how are policies getting created without the knowledgeable consent of Congress.

This is just another example of an administration acting independently without approval or oversight from a panel of their peers. Accountability is not a strong character trait right now for this administration, as President Obama has stated, "we inherited this" referring to the national debt. As if he didn't know what he was stepping into. He wanted the position. He ran for office, and the people got their king. President Obama does have his work cut out for him, no doubt. To my knowledge, he is the only President in history to inherit a war, and the scale of debt this country has. He can blame George Bush all he wants, but the fact remains that this current administration has ordered more spending in 100 days in office then Bush did in 8 years. That being said, their argument for that is that they are having to increase and accelerate spending so much just to fix the problem inherited by the previous administration, which is a half truth.

Many of the questionable financial decisions that George Bush, and his administration made were approved by senate and congress with then Senator Barack Obama's approval signed on the dotted line along with the "ignorant" Republicans. Do you know why that never comes out in the wash most times? This President and his administration are all about Change, transforming America, moving forward, and not living in the past.

It has been quite impressive to watch how they have handled the flip-flopping of policies, actions and directions taken by this administration. Also how he has come to the defense of his administration when it comes to free press is very sly, and carefully executed as not to appear biased, or opinionated. They definitely know how to smooth things over and remain calm while doing it. They will only get more efficient at these justifications as the months roll on. It is just another classic example of circular reasoning and passing the buck, which many politicians on both sides have implemented in previous years. This tactic may work for now, maybe even for a few years. But at some point, America is going to want to see some fruit from all the hype.

Free Press?

Finally, other news networks saw the game that was being run on FNC. The White House had attempted to bar FNC from being a part of the press pool that has been comprised of the 5 major news networks. FOX, being the highest rated. These 5 major networks have been together in he pool for years, so when a senior official, Kenneth Fienberg, attempted to deny them entrance, it seems the spirit of journalistic brotherhood kicked in. It's great to see, the other networks be so politically uncorrect, it is no secret that they pretty much whole heartedly disagree with FOX. The other networks collectively agreed that "spanking" FOX is against everything "freedom of press" is about.

It seems that after the near threats over the past month from the Obama Administration even the "other" side is seeing some discouraging things. Senior Advisor David Axelrod told ABC news that; "Fox is not a real news organization and other networks "ought not treat them that way."

Honestly, I am amazed it took this long. It was pretty gutsy for this administration to be so bold as to nearly violate the Constitution by restricting access to one particular network because they disagree with them. President Barack Obama defended the actions of his adviser's citing that the FNC is possibly operating as a "talk radio format then that's one thing. And if it's operating as a news outlet, then that is another. But it's not something I am losing sleep over it." There are 23 shows on the FNC, and only 4 of them to my knowledge could be classified as a "talk radio" format. Journalism is very much alive at FOX.

The real issue is controlling the media, which I commented on in "Quotes from our Nations Leaders". Anita Dunn, the COMMUNICATIONS director made it very clear that they WANT to handle the news organizations. President Obama had this to say about opposition to his agenda.

"I want everybody to know we believe in a strong and loyal opposition. I believe in a two-party system where ideas are tested and assumptions are challenged -- because that’s how we can move this country forward. But what I reject is when some folks decide to sit on the sidelines and root for failure on health care or on energy or on our economy. What I reject is when some folks say we should go back to the past policies when it was those very same policies that got us into this mess in the first place."

Interesting that when they receive "strong" opposition, and their "assumptions" are challenged, they try to gag, and blindfold the source. So which is it, do you truly accept opposition and someone questioning your "assumptions". So what if it's a talk radio format, that has no bearing on truth. In the late 1700's it was pamphleteers who were considered radicals who opposed government, you know, men like the "blackguard" Thomas Paine, Patrick Henry, Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin, etc. The times have changed, and now, with the age of the Internet, practically any American can display his voice and his two cents when dealing with current affairs. It's quite liberating. That is why the New York Times, and the Washington Post are going broke. That is why nightly news on ABC, CBS, and NBC has fallen flat over the last 10 years.

That is in fact a concern for most Americans, no doubt. Our soldiers at war, and 15 million people out of work are major concerns to Americans. However large those problems may be, they do not compare to the attacks against real Constitutional rights such as freedom of press. Would the American Revolution have been as successful as it was without the press and pamphleteers of the day? Nothing, in my estimation, is more important right now, under this administration then making sure our freedoms are secured for our children in future generations. The people are responsible for who is in office. Let us not forget that our taxes pay their checks, and they are public servants to the people. This is old news, but I noticed that I had forgotten about it. At the time of the article, nearly 50 members of Congress were fighting fervently against this stimulus grant. One hundred thousand has already gone to some "risque art houses". Details of these houses in short include "kinky art porno horror films, men, women, and one gorilla, and a weekly production entitled "Perverts Put Out" (the long running production that invites guest to "join your fellow pervs for some explicit, twisted fun.") We could barely afford my sons birthday party this year in this economy, and then to read an article about the NEA receiving federal money (link PG-13) to allow furtherance of "artistic views" no matter how twisted, can be very frustrating. I can't even believe this stuff anymore, but at the same time, should I really be surprised given current events of the last 15 years? How is giving these 3 groups millions of dollars fiscally responsible? Do you know what we do in our house if we don't have the money? Nothing. What a slap in the face to Americans, 15 million now without work, just getting by, losing their homes, automobiles, etc, and we give 80 million dollars for "art". Maybe there is just something us ("dumb Americans" Bill Maher's thoughts) can't fathom about all this.

Considering the trillions of dollars of debt this nation is in, to even discuss the topic of irresponsibly giving millions of dollars out in the name of "freedom of expression" is bordering on insanity. That phrase never shows up in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, or the Declaration of Independence. It has been tacked or invented to make allowance for the nations' degenerates. Washington elites, instead of reading it, have become accustomed to "interpreting" the Constitution and other documents to fit their own preferences, and many Americans have followed suit.

Freedom of expression? Certainly those 3 words could cover anything and everything imaginable and conceivable in a mind, and in a body (given the context). So anyone who wants to exercise their "right" can delve into the dark recesses of immorality, blasphemous and detestable displays of religious figures, carnality, self indulgence, and pornographic material or art. These citizens not only act out their abominable desires, but can also receive funding for it, and protection from the same document that grant us freedom to worship as one nation under God. I'm not gonna beat a herd of dead horses but a man photographing or filming explicit images of underage girls is not covered under "freedom of expression". Nor does a "shock-jock" on Sirius Radio talking about every kind of deviant sexual act in great detail fall under the protection of the Bill of Rights because of it's abhorrent and carnal nature. The founding fathers would have never even considered such a notion due to the explicitness of the subject matter. And the man or woman guilty of commiting such contemptible speech would have been flogged, tarred and feathered, and most likely cut off from society and run out of town.

Benny Hinn has long been a nuisance to me for several reasons. The first nuisance is that of dealing with his supporters, who use experiences, and feelings to defend his antics instead of the scriptures. The second is actually hearing the lies this man spews. He told me to get close to the TV one day so he could blow the Holy Spirit on me. He also told me that if I sent him $30 dollars, he would send me a personalized "holy handkerchief" that has been anointed and will bring you great success monetarily. For the sake of the unbeliever, I wish I was kidding about this buffoon. England won't even let this man in. They consider him a religious extremist. Hilarious!

He gets away with it because of the ignorance of the nation when it comes to biblical matters. The man is no doubt a charlatan, and a hireling. I remember watching this creep when I was in Bible college thinking, do people really believe this guy. Millions of people flock to this man in hopes that he can heal their ailments or that they can see some great thing from God. Ever since the creation of time there have always been men who take advantage of the simple masses by citing divination (as Binny Hinn claims). By "simple", I am not meaning stupid, but rather naive. Benny Hinn is no different than the religious war-lords that use religion for financial gain, he just steals money with a smile and a napkin instead of a machete and ransomed food.

His ministries are reported to take 100 million a year, and that's what has Senator Charles Grassley of Iowa has contention with. He and the Senate Finance Committee has launched a full investigation into Hinn's and 5 other megachurches to see if they are "using their tax-exempt status to further God's work, or to fund their own luxuries like mansions, expensive cars and private jets." They are also asking for proof of actual healing from the "Holy Spirit Miracle Crusades", because he has taken money, and gifts, and centered his entire ministry (which he has) on his ability to heal the blind, and to make the crippled walk. The self-proclaimed "little messiah" has been asked to provide documentation and verification that the people who actually attend his crusades are actually sick or suffering from infirmities in the first place. What a reproach this man has been for years! It makes me physically sick knowing that my pastor works 2 to 3 jobs, pastors 2 churches (on Sundays he preaches at both on the same day), and manages to take car of his wife and 9 kids. And this lug nut is out there telling people that "poverty is of the devil", and God wants "all Christians to be prosperous" while he is globe trotting in his private jet.

There haven't been many details released by the committee, but it's good to know we are using those tax dollars to investigate scam artists, and con men. There are no more contemptible or deplorable men then those who would use the name of God, the Bible, or Jesus Christ to embezzle or commit fraud. The summation of Benny Hinn and his crusades are nothing more than large-scale confidence scams that rake in 100 million a year to provide these "quacks" mansions, extravagant cars, luxurious private jets (1.5 million a year to operate), and a parsonage (if you can call his new 10 million dollar mansion on the Pacific coast, 7200 square feet, 7 bedrooms, and a 5 car garage home a parsonage, knock yourself out).

President Obama wins Nobel peace prize...?

I thought it was an error when I read the news this morning that our 44th President became only the 3rd standing President to win the Nobel Peace prize for "his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples." It was not over general dislike or overall disapproval of the current administration that I was surprised, but rather lack of evidence to suggest that he has in fact done what the Nobel committee said he had who cast the votes to win him the award. I was, however, impressed with how President Barack Obama down played his unusual winning of the Nobel peace prize. He himself knows that he is undeserving, but of course, who expects him to turn it down along with its 1.4 million that comes with the medal. President Obama said, "I will accept the award as a call to action". He said this, because he knows he hasn't done anything to merit such a prestigious award, and he needs to be busy in following through. Not to minimize our Presidents' past accomplishments as a politician and 8 year Senator but he himself also said:

"I do not deserve to be in the company of so many transformative figures that have been honored by this prize."

Here is the thing that is troubling me, that President Obama was chosen for this award just two weeks after he was elected into office. That fact is left out of many articles I have sourced. This unprecedented nomination is similar to a participation trophy for the losing team at a middle school soccer game. Imagine a valedictorian receiving a degree from a college that he or she never attended. You're all winners! Let's celebrate change! Celebrate mediocrity! Its obvious this was because of his massive popularity than his policy, at home and abroad.

The relevance that he won the prize is entirely depending on how you look at the credibility of the Nobel Peace Prize where it stands in 2009. It's interesting to compare the winners of the prize (judge for yourself) in this decade as opposed to previous decades. The only 2 standing presidents to win the prize before President Obama are Woodrow Wilson, and Teddy Roosevelt (thanks for that income tax). Let's also not forget other notables that have won the prize, which include, Yassur Arafat, the Egyptian-born Palestinian, (seriously, do the words Peace Prize mesh well with the Palestinian Liberation Front?) the earth-saving senator Al Gore, and the anti-Semitic, racial instigator Jimmy Carter. The Nobel committee, comprised of 205 members this year have obviously not considered accomplishments and qualifications, but political correctness. The efforts of Bill Clinton and George Bush Sr. have raised over 1 billion in world aid, and we give these types of awards to the afore mentioned men? That's about par for the course.

The government for some time now, both parties, are more frequently clamping down control on parents' rights when it comes to their children. From the homosexual propaganda, and the humanistic "hope in Obama" cheers that are becoming more common in American class rooms, it's no wonder this generation has a massive up-hill battle to climb.

The Michigan Department of Human Services, backed up by the state, are making a point to let parents know they can no longer babysit. What business does the state have saying a children can't wait at a different mothers' house for a school bus? This woman spoken of in the article was watching 3 other children for neighborhood moms for under an hour before they left for school. This woman has lived in this neighborhood for 35 years. Keep in mind that we are talking about Michigan too, the worst state in America as far as the economy. We don't send our kids to daycare for obvious reasons, but also for the monetary reasons. Day cares can run anywhere from $3,000 to $15,000 a month.

Furthermore, the fact that this complaint came from a neighbor is concerning. You know the type. They sit at home all day until the sun warms their feet; they peer out of their caves like vampires finding fault in everyone else; they act appalled that someone wouldn't put their kids in the trusted daycare system; they consider it their civil duty to stick their nose where it doesn't belong.

What happen to helping out fellow man? Why are Americans being restricted when it comes to simple "neighborhood" issues? It all comes back to control. In case you haven't noticed, the government sure seems content on not wanting you to educate, teach, or discipline your own children, so why should someone else's children be any different?

There are 3 children that are not in day care, and that is the root issue. As mentioned in the article this woman is enabling her neighbors to both work, just to get by. Now, her neighbors have to seek alternative means for their children's welfare for a short time only, on school days only.

I'm not saying that all day cares are wicked institutions for evil doers to indoctrinate children, but I'm also not naive enough to think it isn't happening. Anyone with any sense of current events in this country knows this to be true, whether it is daycare, kindergarten, grade school to high schools. The children are being educated out of any belief in God, and the basic core values that tell us right from wrong. Trust in man (as portrayed in the grade school "Change" video and the Hollywood pledge) which included these words "I pledge to be of service to Barrack Obama". On September 8th, the current administration sent out lesson plans to the all schools in America; teacher were to follow the plan and discuss Barrack Obama, and introduce him by way of books and other material. Grade school people! It's as if the children don't have a choice. They are bombarded with agendas and propaganda as soon as they hit the school system.

If the state or the federal government has more control, the more agenda-related filth they can filter into the school system. It is all tied in, and it is definitely a coordinated effort to push the equality issue when it comes to gay children and students. In the news nearly everyday in California, along with several other states, is the gay-rights issue (total protection) and the public school system. It has become frightening to live in California right now because there are laws (SB 777) on the books that dictate when and what children will be introduced to as far as alternative sexuality, in some cases as low as kindergarten. In this bill, it totally redefines what gender and sex are. This is a active law. And in the same bill, if you discriminate in any way, the book will be thrown at you.

This is happening before our eyes in America, and it is occurring all over the nation. From the control, to the indoctrination of our youth, to the propaganda. As I have said before, if they want to live in that state of perversion in America, they unfortunately have that freedom. If they want to live in this country, and take advantage of the freedom all Americans have, again, I'm ok with that. What you shouldn't have the freedom to do, along with anyone, is introduce that which is against nature to a young mind. They attack the basic fundamental foundations of this country, and aggressively go after laws and bills that introduce perversion to school children just because they think everyone should have the chance to be like them.

I don't know how much more clearer I can be about this one specific point about the homosexual movement, primarily the LGBT, and their constituents; they are aggressively, discretely, and effectively reaching our children, not adults, but OUR kids, with their "lifestyle". And the state telling an American mom she can't babysit 3 children for 30 minutes while they wait for a bus while the current administration is supporting and pushing policy that would have state licensed teachers, male and female, teach our grade school children the sensitive matters of the penguins and the bees. The Dignity for "all" Students???

Back when I went to school, bullying was a big deal then too. I can remember several times getting bullied, or pushed around because of various reasons. Did I bring legal action against the school district, or did my parents go to the courthouse in my defense? On the contrary, it usually ended with me getting beat up by 2 or 4 jocks (I was a punk skater), me putting some toilet paper up my nose to stop the bleeding, and going back to class so my friends could laugh at me. Is there a problem with bullying today? Yes, and there always will be. Is that the real reason all these pro-gay acts and policies are being created? Absolutely not.

The Dignity for all Students Act is written for all children, is active in 11 states, and there are more states to come. It is used primarily to protect gay students in our school systems. This act is posted on several pro-gay websites as well. It is created exclusively for gay rights and this fact can be seen simply by reading it. "All private schools, including religious schools, are explicitly exempt from the law. The bill neither pressures private religious schools to promote homosexuality." Why would they feel the need to say that, if that isn't exactly what they are doing, promoting homosexuality?

This is a day and age where children are given the same prescription medication for their woes in grade school as an adult does. We are teaching our children to seek bail-out from the courts and resort to chemical dependency rather than face adversity. I am not for any child being picked on, bullied, or called derogatory names for any reason, and I believe ALL children should be protected. It is as fundamental as it gets. They are defenseless in most cases and they are our future. The link above takes you to a description of the act, and why it is believed that it is necessary. In the description, it states:

"to prohibit harassment against students in school, including harassment based on real or perceived race, color, weight, national origin, ethnic group, religion, religious practice, disability, sexual orientation, gender (including gender identity and expression) and sex, and to prohibit discrimination based on these same characteristics. The prohibition would apply to all public schools in the state."

That seems pretty fair across the board right? Immediately after this paragraph there is a section that says, "Why is it necessary." And this is where we see the true agenda:

"Schools are places where students should concentrate on learning and personal growth, not on avoiding taunting or violence. All students are negatively affected by bias harassment, but gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) students and those perceived to be LGBT in particular are the victims of severe and widespread discrimination and harassment in our public schools."

This is why they want this in schools, so the children who are jumping on the gay and bi-sexual bandwagon, or the transgendered trendy train, can have full protection to develop themselves into a gay and lesbian adult.

Since this bill has been active there have been numerous court cases involving gay students who felt they were being bullied or treated unfairly because some one called them names. There are instances where a student received $25,000 in August of this year. A Kansas youth in 2005 won $445,000 citing the same bill. Should we teach our children that if someone calls them a name, they can sue and get paid? Is that the message we are sending? I am not arguing whether their "rights" have been violated, I am arguing that they are not the real minority in public schools as they claim to be, and there is a very real double standard along these lines when dealing with students who claim to believe in Christ.

In 2009, you can't shut down or even bring into question ONE single gay and lesbian group, in any high school in America. If you do, the wrath of the ACLU and the LGBT will come down on that school district like an anvil.

In our American towns we have come so far. Now teachers are not even allowing kids to read a Bible in schools or have a book cover with the Ten Commandments on it, and teachers are calling the Bible "garbage".

Children can't even bring a Bible in for show and tell in Kindergarten, but a student can write and present a book report on Harvey Milk. What scary, dark, dreaded, hate-mongering, gay-bashing, fearful passage was going to be read? Just Psalms 118. The 3rd Circuit Court Judge Anthony Scirica who rejected the mothers claim for suit said this:

"parents of public school kindergarten students may reasonably expect their children will not become captive audiences to an adult's reading of religious texts...School officials have the RIGHT to require that parents refrain from promoting specific messages in class."

"Captive audiences"? "Specific messages"? What do you think the children in the Almeda school district have to do in kindergarten through 5th grade? They are held captive to hear a very specific message from LGBT propaganda every year, once a year, for 5 years, and no, they cannot opt out of it. These issues should not even be discussed among children. What business does anyone have, even a parent, discussing such strong sexually contrived dialogue with a 4-9 year old (Kindergarten - Fifth grade)? It's just not age-appropriate.

The school districts won't have Gideons leaving bibles, but they welcome discussion, support groups, and textbooks dealing with Transgender, Homosexual, and Lesbian matters. How is this double standard tolerated? I almost wouldn't be upset if Christians, and even Catholics were allowed to believe what they want without fear of ridicule, but that isn't the case. They are being silenced.

A Catholic girl was told to stop wearing her half inch crucifix necklace because it posed a health and safety risk in the same school where Muslims and similar religions can wear headscarves, sikh, bangles, and turbans.

A Christian student in a New York school district in Long Island, in the very same state that the "Dignity for all Students" act was introduced, was told her Bible study group was not recognized. The student then took action, the school settled the court cost, after the suit, she was awarded $1.

President Obama panders to Palestinians

"America does not accept the legitimacy of continued Israeli settlements." As if that statement wasn't disheartening enough, it was the thunderous applause afterwards that troubled me. In an effort not to be thought of as choosing sides, President Obama also asked the "Palestinians" to stop inciting Israel. Inciting is not the word I would use. Murder, suicide bombings, and civilian casualties are what come to mind.

Why doesn't our president accept the legitimacy of Israeli settlements? They have been legitimate settlements since 1917. Why is he pandering to the Palestinians? Why doesn't he understand that this land that has eternally been fought over belongs to Israel? It always has, and it always will. Maybe Israel would allow Arabs in if they weren't going to be slaughtered. Israel is not dealing with Mexicans that are crossing over to find a better life, or even leech off of the American system. Israel is dealing with Arabs that want their land and them dead. They have made the mistake of letting them in, and backing offand paid for it with blood.

The U.N. general assembly met the Presidents remarks with applause. World dictators, third-world war lords, and old enemies of our country were showing their support for the "new" presidents statements. In clearly one of the most anti-Israel speeches to date, President Obama might as well call for Israel to consider conceding the very land for the sake of peace, the very land that was promised to them by their God. This struggle will NEVER end. They don't understand the resolve of Israel. To them, there is no debate, peace talks, or discussion. It is historically, geographically, and biblically their land. Imagine if Canada just decided to move into Michigan, and Ohio, set up their own governments and fighting forces, and say it is theirs while blowing up Americans claiming they are only protecting thier land from infringing on their territory. Instead of fighting them, we should just concede for the sake of peace. I know that example is a reach, but some of the same principles apply.

And the goal is clear: Two states living side by side in peace and security -- a Jewish state of Israel, with true security for all Israelis; and a viable, independent Palestinian state with contiguous territory that ends the occupation that began in 1967, and realizes the potential of the Palestinian people."

"Two states living side by side in peace and security"? Two states? Since when were the Palestinians a state. That had me in hysterics. Do these people study history? Does he really think Israel will just allow the Palestinians to hang around and threaten security for the people of Israel? Does he honestly think the Palestinians will end their bloodshed?

What is a Palestinian? Are they from Palestine, which resides in Israel? No. It has recently become a trend, especially in the colleges of America and on the left, to be a supporter of the Palestinians (Arabs). The media has twisted the meaning of this word, Palestinian. They are Muslims, every one of them, Muslim. Arabs and Jews fighting it out is dated all the way back to Gen 16: (Issac and Ishmael). They are called Palestinians to indoctrinate the rest of the world that Palestine is actually their land. To take the focus off of their real beliefs. The majority of these Palestinians are Jew-hating, Jew-killing Muslims, who not only want the land, but the would love nothing more then to witness the annihilation of the Jews from the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.

President Obama went on to say:

"The United States does Israel no favors when we fail to couple an unwavering commitment to its security with an insistence that Israel respect the legitimate claims and rights of the Palestinians."

Legitimate claims? What legitimate claims? So they put a few shacks up on the land back in the early 1900's, it changes nothing. Israel is the one with a official declaration on their side, and the declaration from God dating back to 1739 B.C. Israel is the one who had to defend their land from day one.

"These are all God's children. That is a lesson embedded in the three great faiths that call one small slice of Earth the Holy Land."

The implication, or the meaning behind that statement is that Muslims, Christians and Jews are one, and we need to live in peace. That sounds good and all, but it doesn't hold water when one of them worships Jesus Christ exclusively, the other worships Allah who commands Muslims to kill all infidels (Christians and Jews), and the other still relies solely on, a coming Messiah (while rejecting the new testament which teaches us about Christ). You know why the Jews won't let the "Palestinians" back in to Palestine, because the Arab keeps strapping themselves with explosives, killing innocents. As long as it is a Jew (Infidels) they don't care, it's their duty. They consider it an honor, and privilege to be fortunate enough to kill any infidel.

Here is the bottom line, and a VERY condensed history of the longest running land conflict in recorded history. With the Balfour Declaration in 1917, Israel became a nation, with the land of Palestine. The Arabs protested, and rioted due to the nationality of Israel and the land, but to no avail. In April of 1920, the Arabs, 70,000 strong this time, took to the streets. Jews were assaulted and forced into hiding. Speeches were given by Arabs which included words such as "Palestine is ours, and jews are dogs". Arab police joined in, and things deteriorated with looting, sacking, and crazed mobs. Synagogues were raided, Torahs (The Old Testament) thrown to the ground. There were rapes, murders, looting of homes and businesses, assaults that left over 200 injured, and several dead. One year later, the Arabs did it again, this time with many more injuries and deaths then before. Then in 1948, since the "Arab Palestinians" couldn't pull it off themselves, they brought in several allies and attacked Israel with 5 other Arab nations to try the land grab once more. Arabs, despite superior numbers, and firepower, still were not able to maintain a secure foothold on the land. In 1967, Israel reclaimed important territories from the PLO such as the Gaza Strip and the West Bank in the 6 day war, and that's where we are today. The nation of Israel remembers history even if President Barack Obama doesn't.

It's always been Israel against the world, and they have always come out on top. Tanks, technology, weaponry, and cowardice (suicide bombers) have all been defeated by rocks, and farming tools in the past and now they have grown into one of the most effective, technologically advanced, and proficient armies on the globe. Israel doesn't need this administrations fragile permission. I'm sure, as a nation, they will be just fine without the approval of President Barack Obama. If Israel wasn't an ally of America, you better believe the conflict would amp up into a full scale battle. Maybe that's what needs to happen.

Fresno farmers vs. Five inch fish

This one hits close to home. In California's Central Valley (Fresno), the current administration's lack of concern for the general well being of man has caused at least 45,000 jobs to be lost in the agricultural, and farming communities surrounding the Fresno area. This was done to protect a fish. Fish, or people? Watching the news last night, seeing families standing in lines because of a Smelt. I can't imagine what some of these people are going through. Their entire livelihood, taken from them. Imagine if you lost your job, whatever it is, because of a Hypomesus Transpacificus (Smelt). Why did you get layed off? The economy, downsizing, outsourcing, or was it the smelt? Forty five thousand people, without jobs.

As if the Fresno farmers don't have enough problems. Three years of severe droughts, the worst recession in our generation, and now, being denied access to water, a vital, and essential life blood for farmers.

The main argument is the fish are being caught in the delta pump and dying, which in my opinion still doesn't justify causing hardship on American families. It has also been argued that the salmon eat the smelt so therefore the smelt are vital to the salmon population as well, which is a half truth. Salmon eat many other things. They could definitely live without smelt in their diet. To say that smelt is vital to the salmon population is just not truth. Even if the argument held water, it still makes no difference. To place smelt, salmon, whales, grizzly bears, bald eagles, etc before human well-being is bordering on the edge of insanity.

How is this standing in the tradition of "Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness", when farmers and there families have to stand in line for hours just to get free food because of the endangered smelt. One farmer had to spend $600,000 dollars for a well just to keep operating. I believe our forefathers, if faced with the same problem may have destroyed all the fish no sooner as to even discuss lessoning general welfare of men and women. The smelt might as well be endowed to have these "certain unalienable Rights" as we were blessed with from God, and our national heritage. All men and smelt are created equal. It's not silly, or meant to be humorous. That is the attitude of these people.

There is a show on Animal Planet called Whale Wars, were the green peace rejects, the Sea Shepard's (The founder of the Sea Shepard was kicked out of Green Peace for being to fanatical about saving the whales) risk their own human lives in frigid waters to save the whales, and disrupt the whaling industry. The lengths these people go through to protect the whales, while endangering the lives of volunteers is beyond my comprehension.

The extinction number is not even that low for the Smelt. Last of all, why are we as a nation still having Smelt festivals in New York that goes through 500 pounds of Smelt in 2 days if they are endangered. Lunacy

What I missed

It's been so long since my last post due to being bogged down by moving, birthdays, kids starting school, weddings, and many other time sensitive duties of life. It should calm down some in the following months, I hope at least. I was working on a follow-up to the July 4th post dealing with the controversy surrounding the founding fathers when our lives were put on hold for a few weeks. I hope to have that completed and up before I travel with my family to my younger brothers wedding in Ohio. Traveling with my kids right now is not an exciting expectation. My youngest has turned into a screamer if he is displeased in anyway shape or form. My oldest went through that phase for a few months, so hopefully we won't have to land a plane due to a disturbance in the cabin.

Since my last post on July 4th, there have been a few articles that have caught my attention, I just never had the time to comment on them. If you are interested, they can all be found on google. Newt Gingrich criticized the current administration for not protecting our own interest here in our own nation (borders and such). The South Carolina Governor (my home state) commits infidelities while globe-trotting, then holding interviews where he nonchalantly, almost condones his behavior. President Obama called a cops' actions stupid for doing his job and following procedures while arresting a friend of his (Gates), then realizing he probably inserted a big size 10 shoe in his mouth, invited him to the White House for beer, only in America. I'd love to be a fly on the wall in that room. Global warming, excuse me, climate change is still the talk of the day among Hollywood do-gooders and politicians. Every one is saving the planet and all of it's inhabitants. They have to do something to appease their consciences I guess. I recently saw nearly a 4 minute add on the polar bears, and the fact that the ice is melting and they will soon be extinct. "Sponsor a polar bear"...yeah, sign me up for that one. There was a large explosion on Jupiter, and "earth could be next". Headline read "meteor will hit earth"...millions of years from now was what the article went on to say.

I wasn't a a big fan of Bush, but he got blamed for this sort of thing all the time, painting a dark picture to apply policy and decisions. Look, every administration has it's quirks, fear mongering is at it's best when it comes to the economy and the planet. Many are whole-heartedly putting their trust into the smooth swagger of Barrack Obama and cronies And who better to lead us into our new future then the rock star, let's all unite and come together and take our planet back, socialism saves!

Well, enough pinned up sarcasm for one day. Thank God we have a hope not of this world, or that is dependent on kingdom builders.

Tonight as my family burned the grass blue (and the dog) with pyrotechnics, and nearly started a California wild-fire, American people everywhere celebrated with fireworks and American flags, our collective independence. In every state, in every city, and in every town, our nations' history is remembered, some for heritage, most for the free booze. July 2nd, 1776, the Continental Congress adopted a resolution severing all political, and religious ties from Great Britain.

John Adams said this of that day:

"The second day of July, 1776, will be the most memorable epoch in the history of America. I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated by succeeding generations as the great anniversary Festival. It ought to be commemorated, as the Day of Deliverance, by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with pomp and parade, with shows, games, sports, guns, bells, bonfires and illuminations, from one end of this continent to the other, from this time forward forever."

Two days later, the writing of the Declaration of Independence was approved, and 56 MEN from 13 states, penned their name to one of the most famous documents in existence, the Declaration of Independence. July 4th, 1776 - what a glorious, triumphant day on mankind's scale of course. Men of worth, led by the DIVINE hand, brought this country into existence. It's one of largest, most nationally observed holidays where we celebrate lives of mortal men and women and their actions for God and country.

In a day of texting, email, internet on your phone, mp3 players as small as your pinky finger, it's hard to imagine the actual events of that day in 1776, and how much times have indeed changed. Among all the barbecues, get-togethers and parties, and men and women who use this holiday as an occasion of the flesh to get drunk beyond repair, you wonder if people ever stop to think any more of the sacrifices that were made to ensure their rights, liberties, and freedoms. Imagine if this generation had to answer the call the patriots of 1775-1781 answered. Scarcely a few would, I imagine. What would we sacrifice today for freedom?

One could argue the advancement of technology has attributed to the decay of human civilization. Man and all his inventions, though extraordinary, are still flawed in the same way, as they have a tendency, if not governed, to draw us further from our Creator. It's amazing how this is the most "fast food" society ever, and no one has time for God. Every where I go, someone is texting, waiting for the bus, talking on their cell phones, walking to the corner store talking, between church services even. I've seen people with the child training leash attached to their kids like they are a dog, so they could talk on the phone with greater ease while shopping. I've seen moms walking down the street texting, while their young girl walks two paces behind her, not on the sidewalk but actually on the busy street.

How will anyone ever hear a "still small voice", or even the echoes of history if their ear is always tuned into a "multitude of words". It's the radio, the cd's, texting, talking, watching, Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, etc. It's no wonder we harbor a younger generation that are questionably the laziest, yet most technologically proficient.

Stop to reflect on history from time to time. In an effort not to sound philosophical, what is wrong with thinking, reflection, pondering, meditating, etc.? God designed the human brain to be a sponge, and a super computer at the same time, as it produces calculations most computers cannot even reproduce. You wonder what attributed to a society of such great men and women in past days. Those men, women and children, generations strong, had time to think, and consider their latter end. They saw America, and all its glory, whole, untouched by mans inevitable corruption.

It's often not portrayed the way it was. There were no photographs, or precise images of this era. Paintings, and few images from history tell of a proper, neatly set Independence Hall, where in reality the men who met there were weary from travel, had dust on their shoulders, were men nearly in hiding fearful for their lives, concerned about their families they left behind, wondering where British soldiers are advancing, knowing that something was about to happen that has never happened before. There was a sense of urgency, and quietness. Quite literally, the weight of the world was upon their shoulders, and the safety and security of thousands rested with their guidance and leadership. And let us not forget that their standard was God and his word.

W.J. Wood, author of "Battles of the Revolutionary War" said:

The period from 1775 through 1781 was fraught with confusion, upheaval, uncertainty, and incredible danger to Patriot leaders and citizens alike. But it has been lost in our consciousness. The reasons for our so abandoning the Revolution are obvious: the passage of time, the paucity of reliable records, general indifference to our national heritage, and the timing of the invention of the photograph. (50 years after the Revolution) The reasons actually are not important; the fact of our neglect, at least to the historically minded, is important indeed."

What a message we are sending to criminals

On New Years Eve, 2005, Christopher Perino; a 19 year veteran and detective in the NYPD; who has racked up nearly 600 arrests in the Bronx borough of New York, responded to a shooting call on his shift. He arrived to find a 24 year old man shot in the face. Erik Crespo was the culprit, a 17 year old street thug, who committed the cold-blooded act in front of security cameras and witnesses. Because their was no need of confession his Miranda Rights were waived, and the detective decided to talk to him off the record to get his side of the story and also find out where the gun was hidden. This is a common step in law-enforcement. Crespo did not budge, and secretly recorded this 70 minute conversation. At the pre-trial in March of 2007, the detective was asked if he had (questioned) Crespo. He responded:

"The case was a couple of years old. I testified I did not remember questioning him,"

Due to having no need of a confession, he did not question him. There is questioning, interrogating, and talking to someone. That to me, was the correct answer. And forgive me for siding with a police officer on this one. The man's chosen profession alone has earned him my benefit of the doubt.

Keep in mind, this man has dealt with violent scum like Crespo for 19 years. So he doesn't remember speaking with a common thug 2 years after the crime occurred; is it so hard to fathom? Can you imagine how many of these guys the officer has come across in his day? They are a dime a dozen to these big city cops. How many pre-trials did he go to in his career? It was most likely another day at the office. In those 2 years between crime and trial, he made 50 more arrests, worked a 2nd job in construction, and dealt with 50 more violent caseloads, and mountains of paperwork in the Bronx. Shame on him!

Even if he did remember the conversation, you can't help but think of the mind of a cop. They see evil men walk left and right. They see judges who treat their position as if they were a teenager working a summer job a Krispy Creme. They see lawyers who make it a habit of setting free the lowest forms of humanity. They see and deal with 10 and 12 time repeat offenders, and waste literally 3 to 4 calls on the same people in any given week. They know the justice system is in a state of havoc. He may have already known what was going to happen as soon as he was asked that question, that he was walking into a legal trap. It's no wonder these police officers have to fudge reports from time to time. I hardly blame them.

But in no way did that officer want to see that thug's sentence lessened because of some small piece of technology with a recording in it. This new information was used by the defense attorney only after the officer had made his answers at the pre-trial. It was a typical legal trap formed to reduce the penalty of a piece of street filth, and to be another notch on the defense attorneys win column. Crespo has no respect for laws, society, or civil service, and he apparently takes great pride in destroying the man's life who caught him, who was only doing his job.

Crespo, because of the new evidence, took a dreamy 7 year prison deal, as opposed to 25 years for attempted murder. Seven years is the same amount of time the decorated, 19 year NYPD detective is sentenced to for perjury. Let me point out as well, as others have, that this is a white cop, working a very multi-cultural borough of New York. In nearly 20 years time, there has not been a single civilian complaint against him. Based on his stellar track record, it does not appear that the officer was intentionally trying to be deceitful.

Only in America's justice system, can a 17 year old street thug with a mp3 player do so much damage. One mistake by the detective, one little oversight, one small slip of an answer to a serpenting lawyer, one verbal error by a fellow human being, whether intentional or not, and he is caught in a legal whirlwind: in the which he will most likely lose his job; 3 million in pension coming to him for 19 years of dedicated service, his badge; and possibly his credibility in New York City.

Saint (filthy) Lucre

It's nothing new for the Roman Catholic Church to take great men, who were their enemies during life on earth, and then once they pass into eternity, the Church actually canonizes and grants them sainthood, then claims him or her as their own. When it happens in the following manner, it is a wicked, dishonest, practice that has been going on for centuries.

From men like St. Patrick, who preached a more liberal gospel when it came to Catholic doctrine; to Polycarp, the suspected convert of John the disciple, who was burned at the stake for refusing to burn incense to the Roman hierarchy and then stabbed after the burning failed. So what saintly honor did the Church award him, when years later he was given sainthood. The patron saint of earaches!

So now they have supposedly discovered the remains of the greatest disciple that ever lived, and they have claimed him for their own. Paul the Apostle, if only they knew what he held as doctrine when it came to contrasting a few Roman practices including idol worship, purgatory, the sacraments and worshipping the mother of Jesus. Let me just say that he in no way held one single belief found in any major doctrinal point of the official Roman Catholic Catechism, and was anything close to a what practicing Catholic is today. This is not conjecture.

It is just the way of the world I suppose. Taking credit for a man's character, and heaving honor among themselves. Claiming Paul's very testimony of life, and his authored books and prayers and alms to the saints, have become quite the money maker for many global religions. The patron saints bring in the revenue.

Does the punishment fit the crime?

In December of 2003, two Texas men who worked in a Christian school were given 26 years and 14 years in a Texas State penitentiary for being found guilty of excessive corporal correction. I remember hearing details about this when it happen, because my father, and a few preachers I know, knew these men personally.

To make a long story short, they took the rod of correction to an 11 year old boy, and their where several marks left on his back which completely healed, while not justifying that sort of severity in correction. There were variables involved. I am in no way justifying any type of abuse, nor am I making the issue guilty or not guilty. I am pointing out that neither of these men did anything that merits the penalties they received. Both men were ordinary American citizens with no previous charges or past criminal records. How does this happen in any nation. The website above also has a section about excessive sentences that is worth a look.

Knowing that men of good, proven character are suffering harshly is unsettling. Also when you look at the crime/time comparison for those two Texas men, you can't help but feel helpless. Then to hear this week that a two time convicted felon gets one year in prison for raping and sodomizing a 5 year old little girl is absolute insanity. The start time of his conviction began 9 months ago when he was arrested and placed in jail to await trial; which means this man will be out of prison in 3 months time, to which he will most likely be transferred to a cozy treatment center for his disease. Or living next door to you.

Three months; for a piece of rat filth? Three months for a twice convicted felon who has spent several years in the system already, and knows the routine. It is probably the most structure the man gets in life. Three months, the punishment fit for exuding his wicked mind on innocence? Then examine the other case in the spirit of speculation. Having some knowledge of the juvenile delinquency system, private and public, and having seen it at it's ultimate, degenerate worst; it is a frequent occurrence for the average 11 year old boy to aggressively deny to follow instructions.

These youth of today have criminal minds at a very young age. I have witnessed youth younger than 8 years old that manipulate, scheme, speak as profanely as fisherman, and lash about in violence like seasoned street thugs, and that's just the girls. Imagine a state licensed officer laying a thrashing on a 13 year old rebel who is trying to harm or injure another; or a youth being hostile, verbally abusive, and spitting. Physical force now justified, and authorized; duty, self-preservation and adrenaline kick in at once, and you have a 285 lb., 6'4, old school, Irish Roman Catholic, ex-boxer, trounce a gumby shaped 90 lb. bundle of bluff; the results can be catastrophic. So occasionally for protection and preservation, you have to thump some skulls, authority must be maintained. Some officers I knew had a saying, "It's all about how you write the report". Now this officer would lose his employment, pension, and perks associated with; may even have some legal proceedings; but that man, in no way would get any real time. Rabbit Trail ends here-

But let the men from the church, and the Christian school show intemperance, and indiscretion, and they get a combined 40 years. The man from Oklahoma who trampled purity like it was a some game, I wonder in what community the 3 time felon will land in 3 months once he registers as a sex-offender. Wolves are prowling our once safe communities. "watch and pray" brethren...

The land of Babel

Congressmen and Senators alike are pushing for the English Language to be revived as America's primary language, among business. This has been coming and going in the news for some time now. It is a very strong social issue that should be pushed more so, especially now.

“English is under attack,” Crafton said in campaigning for the measure. “The fact that making English our government’s official language is even controversial should give us all pause.”

A notable point to be sure. A city council member who disagrees with the bill shockingly called the idea of English being the primary national language, racist.

But City Council member Jerry Maynard called the proposal “mean-spirited,” adding, “It smells of racism.”

By claiming that the bill teeters on racism, holding true to the definition of the word, this man is claiming that the fight over a national language is only about racial superiority. This is not he case at all. Americans just want to find 1 out of 10 employees in the Newark Airport that speaks English; he wants to understand the person reading his order back to him for a happy meal at McDonald's; he wants to call a toll free customer service line without getting Jubar in some Michigan call center; so he wants to talk to Jubar's supervisor, Jose in San Diego, because he quite literally can't understand the first; he wants to understand how he is being snookered at the car shop for a new "johnson rod"; he wants his children to be able to talk amongst children at a play park without being confused by harsh language and 20 different languages.

Realistically, I know some things can't change, but having English used in schools, business, government, etc. That is our national right, as Americans.

This city council member who hurls accusation of racism is referring to the fact that the population of Nashville holds 100,000 immigrants who can't speak English. Thank you for reminding us to not offend these. There does seem to be a national push for this as you can see on the link. At some point America will decide if they are going to speak English. Language carries it with it, a proper distinction.

Just to show you how far we have come, Noah Webster, who gave us the great 1828 dictionary, the absolute best out there, was called into question by John Quincy Adams about his changing of many English words. President Adams called some words, "local vulgarisms", and questioned whether or not Harvard would even accept it. I find this fact extremely unnerving that our standard for our language was looked at with hesitation.

Harvard accepted the dictionary as well as every other early college, and grade school, etc. Dictionaries that are revised and updated may change the words, or the pronunciation. Where we have fallen into snares as a society is when the meanings, and concise definitions of words are changed.

Intolerable acts, in the age of tolerance

I choose to use this picture with this post because of its representation. This picture depicts helplessness. Paul Revere re-published this picture from a London newspaper depicting what many called "The Rape of Boston". The British in 1774 imposed 4 acts upon the Boston colonies in answer to the Boston Tea Party. These 4 acts were later known as the "intolerable acts".

The picture shows a defenseless native American woman (a symbol of the American colonies) as she is having the "Prime Minister Lord North, author of the Boston Port Bill, forces the ”Intolerable Acts,” or tea, down the throat of America, a vulnerable Indian woman whose arms are restrained by Lord Chief Justice Mansfield, while Lord Sandwich, a notorious womanizer, pins down her feet and peers up her skirt. Behind them, Mother Britannia "or justice" weeps helplessly."

These acts were not received well by colonists and ultimately led to the American Revolution.

The LGBT (lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, and transgendered) went out of its way again to reach youth. If you click on the link, please be warned, it is quite disturbing. May 9th, 2009 was declared as Massachusetts's Youth Pride Day in Boston, the town once called home by some of our most notable forefathers. In the speech on the link the man representing the mayor of Boston actually says "Gay, Lesbian, Bi-sexual, and Transgendered youth". The LGBT is not shy about their agenda. If they aren't trying to push homosexual penguins into grade schools by way of a storybook, they are blatantly going after children in our major cities. Our children in these historic cities are being corrupted, handled and perverted by gross, strange and weird men in the truest sense of the words.

"Attendees were given condoms and pro-homosexual material such as a bookmark for kids on how to get involved with several homosexual groups and 'Transgender Rights Now' stickers."

At this prom, rally, event, or whatever one may call it, anyone attending was met at the door by Mr. Boston, a self proclaimed leather bondage disciple or BDSM. He handed out business cards to youth with a question on it reading "What is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?" Some of the older members of the LGBT in attendance had on shirts with the word "recruiter" shown in rainbow colors. Children as young as 12 and 14 were present at the event. Kids had markings on their chest that said free hugs and kisses. Talk about intolerable acts.

Many teens and pre-teens were visible on the link video. Do their parents know of their attendance? One can only wonder. To put some of these men and women in close proximity to young impressionable minds is a crime in my book. What do you think is going to happen to some of our children? Sadly it is much like the homosexual penguins. They are placed in isolation, or introduced to friends who are all of one mind, where all they know is one way (homosexuality), and they have no choice but to adapt. The LGBT knows how peer pressure works. LGBT supporters vehemently claim they aren't attempting to specifically go after children, but any man or woman with common sense see this as false.

Sometimes you read these "intolerable" things thinking that the journalist or reporter may be embellishing or stretching the facts. Too many times, we only wish that were the case. They are not attempting to JUST co-exist, live peaceably and gain the same rights. They are building their armies, and actively recruiting the younger generation to their cause, even if these kids don't share their sexual preferences. They are portraying themselves as a persecuted people who just need to belong. They are protected by political correctness, the ACLU, and ignorant, uninformed Americans who tolerate to live in peace. When their targets are your children, that becomes a game-changer and tolerance has got to stop.

You have to understand the collective mind of the LGBT movement. They are GREATLY outnumbered, in the secular and political realm, no matter what they tell you. They cannot produce offspring, so they recruit, create, and adopt to feel normal. People have voted, and spoken in many states, and that is the bottom line. Don't believe the hype. California twice has said NO to Prop 8. Why do you think they keep appealing? They will appeal until they win. That is their resolve. The more numbers they have, the more heads they have that can cast votes on appeals introduced to change our very laws and threaten our children's freedom.

Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals concluded last night with a 2-1 nail-biter and one of the best game 7's in recent history. The Finals had the injuries, the story lines (Hossa), the youth verses the veterans, the evenly distributed match-ups and all the other ingredients to make an epic clash. The Pittsburgh Penguins barely hung on in the final 2:00 minutes, from stopping six straight close shots in a Red Wing barrage that had fans nearly jumping the glass. Then it came right down to the 1.1 second mark where Theo Fleury made a last ditch dive (see picture) to stop Niklas Lidstroms' snap shot off a juicy rebound that would have sent it into what would have been a spectacular overtime with the home crowd in a frenzy and the tilt in their favor. However, it did not happen, and the Red Wings couldn't finish the job.

It seemed a little poetic that last years Finals had the Penguins watching their shot a half inch from the goal line as time expired in the 3rd with the Detroit Red Wings hoisting the Stanley Cup. That's irony I guess, and that's hockey.

Sidney Crosby and his supporting cast of Malkin, Geurin, and Stall raised the Stanley Cup. Being a Red Wing fan, it definitely stung, but I think the Penguins were due. I didn't like the handshake snub at the end of the game, but I don't think it reflects Sidney Crosby's lack of respect for tradition, but his lack of maturity in obviously getting caught up in the moment. The young captain of the Pittsburgh Penguins surpassed Gretzky, Lemeuix and Yzerman as the youngest captain to ever raise the Stanley Cup. It hurt. Maybe next year Hossa!

Hollywood's Spencer (brat)ts' take on his baptism

My intention in posting this short blurb is just to show you the far out, anything goes messages going around in the non-denominational mega churches of today. I normally wouldn't even waste my time with such a ridiculous story, nor would I normally give this man the press, but masses of young people worship him, his wife, and many like them. Not only is the pure, simple message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ being totally distorted with emotionalism, and opinion, but baptism is being displayed as a mockery. I can't believe I even knew who this guy is, but Spencer Pratt, a TV producer, and celebrity reality star has recently (I use this term loosely) "found God".

The other man included in this surreal scene is actor Stephen Baldwin (who once included Nicodemus into John 3:16) who has long been a professing Christian among the Hollywood crazies. He is a self proclaimed charismatic and believer of anything that is "in". The later is evident when he opens his mouth. So in an African jungle on a reality show, Stephen Baldwin baptizes Spencer Pratt.

Just before the video from the link above, Spencer Pratt was quoted to say this:

It is becoming illegal to prosecute illegals

Instances like this happen more than we know where people or agencies that are actually going after illegal immigrants are attacked by the ACLU, and their investigations are brought into question about their legality. The headline of this article speaks for itself. It is so humorous to me. "Prosecutors Bust Illegal Immigrants with Tax Records, but is it Legal?". A prosecutor pretty much did a blanket seizure of tax records to weed out the ones who were using identity theft to illegally live here in America, the ACLU along with some judges most likely on their pay-roll (writers opinion), had the entire investigation thrown out.

One Mexican man in the article attempted to explain his reasoning for using identity theft, as seeking a path to citizenship. Look, if these men have enough present day knowledge, and money to successfully steal an identity, name, bank accounts, credit cards, etc, they have enough mental capacity and discernment to become legal the right way, and go on the "path" of citizenship. I don't know. Maybe there is something I'm not getting. Millions of your own Mexican people have done it legally and have effectively contributed to society. Arguments have been made the difficulties of citizenship and so forth, but is it really more difficult then STEALING someones identity? Eventually you just start seeing the terrifying trend with alot of these type of articles which is this: Many immigrants that come, specifically from Mexico, have NO INTENTIONS of declaring citezenship. These that would steal identities, it's really hard to hear them say they were just using it temporarily. They sound like the car-jacker that just got caught with a stolen car, "I was just borrowing it"!

In this prosectution sting, there were charges brought against 70 that were all dropped, and 1,300 more out of nearly 5,000 were still pending. Ken Buck, the lead prosecutor is going to appeal, but seriously, what can these men do when there are so many working against them. Think how it must feel to build a case for so long, where there is obviously criminal impersonation and identity theft going on, just to have it wiped away. What do you do?

Islam has the right idea

A child molester in Saudi Arabia was recently put to death. Not to say I agree with the details of the penalty (decapitation and crucifixion), but I guarantee you they don't have the number of child molesters we do in this country. Even if they do, they are not flaunting it around like these twisted sex offenders do in America. At least not when we are giving convicted rapist and child molesters $4 million dollars.

In the article, some questioned the punishment as inhumane, and old-fashioned. You can't question it's cost effectiveness. Lethal injection in America cost about $85 dollars, but the cost to incarcerate these people, court proceedings, etc. is considerably more. Many of these pedophiles, rapists, and sex offenders are no longer being housed among the prison population due to the fact that even America's worst know that they should be harshly dealt with. They are slowly being transferred to secure treatment centers for their safety, where it costs 4 times the amount of the taxpayer burden to provide for them at an average yearly cost of $185,000 a year. In these nearly 400 million dollar treatment centers, or glorified prisons, they have access to libraries and barbershops and much more. They aren't treated as criminals anymore. They are acting as though these men need intervention as with disorders or diseases. I can't fathom being a parent of a young child who was abducted, sexually abused, murdered, and buried. Knowing that our taxes are providing for the very scum that did such an atrocity. These men, who are some of the most detestable and lowest forms of humanity, get a bed, cable TV, and 3 squares a day, in a brand new "treatment center". Is this justice?

The "repeat offender problem" in this country truly shows a grave danger as far as our nation's children. Nearly 100,000 sexual offenders are estimated to not even be among the sex offender registry, and over 1/2 of the total offenders registered (nearly 700,000 strong) are back in prison within a year on separate charges. They are not being rehabilitated! How is this not considered an extreme priority among the concerns in the justice system? Why are they being allowed to roam the streets again?

These are not misdemeanors! These men are going into family homes, and stealing children. They are prowling parks and schools grounds. They are encouraged and advised on how to entice children, and to introduce them to sex. Why must we even need to write of such filth other than for informing, educating and protecting our children? NAMBLA, (don't worry, this link is not to their website) the North American Man-Boy Love Association, has conferences and presentations to better educate the members how and where to find children and teenagers (parks, playgrounds, malls, etc). It is important to point out once again, that NAMBLA does have ties with several Gay and Lesbian associations.

Dateline NBC has an excellent expose show about child predators and sex offenders, called "To Catch a Predator", where they set-up undercover stings working with local police agencies, by using decoys in online chat rooms. I would advise any parent to visit their website. It's comforting to know these agencies along with Dateline are effectively making a small dent. The most DISTURBING thing about this series, is the number of men who come back after being caught in the previous year, and sometimes, the 2 previous years. These men are infected with a reprobate mind and it is the opinion of this observer, they cannot be helped.

As silly as it sounds, my opinion is America should purchase a tropical island somewhere in the south pacific, and dump every one of them on it and let them have their own little "Lord of the Flies" society. As much as is going on in the world, should we really have to worry about taking our children to a public park and them remaining safe from a predator?

I attended a great church while living in Florida several years ago, and myself and many other men, families, and preachers in the church were shocked to discover that a sexual offender had been among our congregation for several months. Now being a Christian, you are supposed to forgive, and strive to perform all that comes with the act of forgiveness. This however was a different circumstance all together, and no fault of our own. If you are truly a repentant sex offender, knowing the pastor knows of your condition, and to add, you are obviously on probation, why on earth would you invite trouble or accusations by putting your hands on innocent children in the church?

I remember attending a Sunday morning service after being out of town for several months and finding out about this man and his criminal history by searching the Florida Sex Offender Registry website. Our first service back, I was shocked to see him hugging several of my friends' 6 children, and even playfully hugging and jokingly embracing them from behind like a uncle would while surprising a nephew. I have known some of these kids since their birth, so the protective side of me was going into hyper-drive. I was about to verbally confront the man, when my wife advised me it might go better if I let one of the pastors know. I remember not being able to breathe properly and my heart literally palpitating. I urgently went to the assistant pastor and told him what I had witnessed. He was in as much shock as I was. To say the least, to my knowledge, the man was not asked by the senior pastor to leave, nor corrected by him for his behavior.

It was a bad situation all around to say the least. Many parents were upset they were not at least made aware of his "condition". This church was full of children, and I can only speak for myself, but I felt duped and violated as a parent. And in case you are wondering, this man was not on the registry for a sexual offense towards a woman. He was involved in production and distribution of child pornography, and he was embracing children in the church. I will never forget it as long as I live. Don't attempt to indicate his intentions were pure. This man knows he is not allowed by law to even have any physical contact with children. God only knows what his intentions where. He was there for some time before we learned of his alter identity, and to my knowledge, he remained there after we left the church.

I realize it is a tense situation for a pastor. Possibly, if the pastor would have been honest, and handled it a different way, by laying down restrictions and ground rules (common sense - if you have a problem with children, don't touch children), and even letting the adults in the church know so situations could be monitored, things may have gone smoother. I don't even know if that would have made any difference. These men have a talent at finding a way to do what they desire. Would it have been uncomfortable for the man if most of the congregation would have known? Yes indeed. Are we to be blamed for this mans uneasiness in church? Absolutely not. He is reaping his own whirlwind, and being held responsible for his own actions. God forgives, yes, but you still must answer to the law, and take its penalties. This mans actions brought him shame, and anywhere he goes for the rest of his life, he must accept it.

Here is the deal. He wants to turn to God, fine. He wants to repent of his sin, also fine, even great. But you think it would enter into his corrupted mind, not to touch the children in the CHURCH. If he really wanted to repent, he would have kept his hands off small children, or anyone else for that matter. This man either physically and mentally can't help himself, or he doesn't want to. Both of those possibilities are extremely dangerous, and proves my whole point.

So, in reference to the Saudi Arabian beheading of a child molestor, I do not believe in senseless murder of any human being, but God help the generation who makes excuses for this behavior, and coddles it. Let it be known as well, that Saudi Arabia is not the only country to carry severe penalties for this behavior. I am nearly inclined to agree with the nation of Islam when it comes to this one thing...

Penguins and Perversion Pt. II

The Gay communities for years have protested that they "just want to live in peace and have their rights", or it's their own "private business", who cares what they do. "Leave us alone" they say. Gay rights activist just recently blanketed the Central Valley area, including the town where we live, huddled up on overpasses, and chanting their slogans. One activist was quoted to say, "we aren't here to impose our beliefs on anyone". So hundreds of these people drove 3 to 4 hours to "work the heartland" to appeal Prop 8. But goodness no, they aren't imposing their beliefs on anyone. They ARE imposing, and they are doing it nearly every week. Imagine if the table was flipped a bit, and a street preacher was standing on a corner holding up Genesis 13:13. Why you know they would say he is just trying to "shove religion down our throats". These gay activist attempt to come off as easy going people. Make no mistake, they are on a mission for the Gay revolution. They want to destroy what marriage is. They want to change the laws. They want to stick it to the conservatives. They want to introduce perversion to grade school children. Anyone who has been on the front lines of morality over the last decade knows this to be the truth.

They are more vigilant than most Christians when it comes to their cause. The pushing of the children's book "And Tango makes Three" about apparent penguin gayness has been so deliberate, it will most likely find its way into more schools systems. Once again, they find a way to misuse our nations documents with confusion on which one they are quoting, and much paraphrasing to try to defend their unjust actions. In reference to this book, they bring up the separation of church and state as an excuse to get their warped views in the minds of the youth.

Realistically, what do these people know of our nations documents? What does the Castro District in San Francisco know about the Bill of Rights other than article 3? What does NAMBLA and the LGBT know about the Declaration of Independence other then "all men are created equal,". I guess they missed the very next part after the comma which said, "that they are endowed by their Creator to have certain unalienable rights". Of course they wouldn't quote that. Or even the end of the Declaration of Independence for that matter, which states,

And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.

The ever-increasing "LGBT" (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) movement is wanting to be recognized more and more, and their partners in crime, the ACLU, protecting them from anything or anyone the "LGBT" deems a threat to have violated their "civil rights".

I can tolerate pretty much anything as far as social issues and events. I can tolerate living among certain classes of people. We live in a society that ensures that we tolerate. I can accept the fact that there are hundreds and thousands out there within 50 miles of me, that completely disagree with my way of thinking. I understand the concept of freedom.

But what I and many other Americans find hard to except is the fact that a day after Prop. 8 was upheld for the second of many appeals to come, that the "LGBT" has slipped it's own curriculum into kindergarten schools. Among the "penguins" children's book, they will also have lesson plans about alternate sexualities. This vile filth is being pushed on 5 year old children under the guise of teaching children about bullying and name calling. According to the article, the (wonderfully well trained and cared for American) children were using words like "fag", that they most likely heard from us unruly parents. So someone says, "Lets give the child a book about about immorality, depravity, degeneration, and them delve into the realm of the unnatural." They are attempting to recruit our children!

Instead of the school board teaching them how to speak properly, and steering them away from harsh, incorrect language that they have had echoed in their ears, (ahem, parents) they say "Lets just educate them as to what a 'fag' really is, and what they do, and that it's acceptable behavior." Absolute lunacy.

Stated in this article as well, is that parents will not be able to opt their children out of this. Even if you're not a Christian, this should upset you. Apparently attorneys and school boards know what is best for your kids now.

We are talking about 5 year child! These are not high school or college kids, and they should not be exposed to matters of any sexual partnerships whatsoever. They have only been alive for 1-2-3-4-5, count them, years! Why introduce them to such confusion and controversy? They should be getting dirty, playing with fire trucks, or beating up younger siblings. In this nations kindergartens or schools they should be learning the ENGLISH LANGUAGE, reading, writing, math and so on and so forth.

What is happening? The Supreme Court voted to remove biblical teachings from public schools in 1962, and since then, we have seen the reaping and impact of that decision.

I find them offensive, and loathsome.

Foul little beasts...

They are so adorable it makes me sick. The penguin also provides me with proof that evolution is false. When will they ever evolve to leave their harsh existence for warmer, less miserable, climates? And will they ever cease from the relentless onslaught of all the "observe penguin life" films (March of the Penguins, Happy Feet, etc)?

I heard about this article from a friend of mine, and I must say, it took me quite a bit of searching to find it. These things usually don't find their way on to the front page news. Now, we have this children's book "A Tango Makes Three" which is about two male penguins raising a female penguin scrat in a N.Y. zoo. How spectacular!

We know for a certainty they did not birth it into existence. Well, who knows in this day and age, clones and all? Joking! But seriously, it isn't like 2 dude penguins saw each other one day, fell in love, found this little penguin chick, and lived happily ever after. They are in a ZOO! It is not the common course of events in nature. In some animal circles, the pack exhibits extreme prejudice against one with homosexual tendencies. Another important fact they neglect to mention is that these so called tendencies many times are nothing more then consensual incest among prides, or packs, for procreation to the furtherance of continued survival in extreme, prey-deprived, harsh lands.

Gay rights scientist have suggested that the "crime against nature" argument is invalid because of about 450 individual creatures that they have found to have homosexual behavior. You have to think about these numbers though. These 450 individual creatures are picked out of millions of creatures which have been selected from 1,000 to 3,000 species. Most are from the insect, and bird groups, and having close ancestry within their own groups. So in their eyes, homosexual behavior among the fruit fly, justifies their acts.

What they don't tell you also is most of it is just animal "behavior". They don't tell you that they aren't tapping into the other 50,000 plus species that include trillions of living creatures that exhibit normal heterosexual behaviors. In the scale of things in the animal kingdom, the subjects found to have homosexual behavior are nothing more than a speck, or what some may classify as very rare. It is a moot point anyway.

Animals can't determine law, and penalty. They have no discernment of sin or righteousness. They are insects, birds, fish and a few obscure animals that they have singled out to attempt to scientifically back their way of life. Many of these cases were like the 3 penguins in the Bronx. They are placed in isolation with same-sex partners over long periods of time to be studied. So, there will most likely be a bond that develops over time between the test subjects. That is all these wicked men will need to have approval for their next grant to continue government funded research into animals and homosexual studies all while using our tax money.

One advocate of the "gay nature" argument stated:

"Homosexual behavior is not only common, but even more common in other species than in humans. While numbers are hard to come by, there are a few that present some interesting patterns."

These men and women that do this research are quite literally void of common sense. Of course this man's quote would be the case. I find it funny how in the actual research article, very little proof or footnotes are provided. Par for the course I suppose.

Do you realize how many species of fish life, insect life, bird life, and mammal life there are out there? We are STILL discovering new species and life on planet Earth for that matter. So we have quite literally trillions of innumerable, created beings on this planet compared to a few 6 billion humans on this planet. Then out of those "trillion" they pick 450? Don't be naive. Most of these people will lie, steal, cheat, and in a few cases, even kill to bring in their homosexual kingdom (agenda). This "animal" argument simply does not stand as a valid point of debate, as most of their contested statements.

Kids and Dogs (Looked worse than it was)

We had our first incident with our lab-pug mix puppy 2 days ago. He snapped at my oldest son, catching his lip. It seemed to be an innocent enough thing I guess, but you never want to chance your kids safety. I wish also that I could have seen the whole altercation, but I just saw the aftermath, unfortunately.

Deklan had his head buried on the chair after it happened. He was bit or nicked on the lower lip. Any of you men out there who has ever cut your bottom lip shaving, you know how much it can bleed. I did not know of the snap at the time, I assumed he was just playing on the chair. I heard a muffled cry, so I went to inspect. Deklan had both hands covering his mouth, and I could see blood on his fingers, so I asked him to remove his hands. When he did obviously blood had built up in his cupped hands, and had already smeared all over his face. I was frightened to say the least. Terrified would be the proper word. Deklan at that moment was only crying a little bit, that is until he saw his face in the mirror. You would have thought that he was mauled by a rabid chimpanzee the way that he reacted. The look on his poor little blue eyed face was of utter despair and terror. I looked up a few things on the the internet about behavior of 8-10 month puppies, and it seemed pretty common.

Deklan and Ziggy are best buds, so we are just monitoring the beasties closer, and making sure Deklan isn't torturing the dog or anything like that, which doesn't seem to be the case. You know kids. They do strange things sometimes in the name of self-interest or curiosity. Like stuffing the rest of their sandwich they didn't want to eat under a bathroom sink (I had that one coming). Or seeing how a full roll of Charmin expands when dropped into the toilet.

They have been back to their old ways since then. Typical kid and dog stuff, creating havoc, eating carpet (yes the children too), etc.

Usually when I post a thread, I am in the middle of fuming from something I just read or heard, so I pop out my words and thoughts like a Pez dispenser. My wife usually assists me on the final draft. "Give honor to whom honor is due", amen. She has been hard at it lately with her own little projects in life.

I believe in the use of layman's terms, and proper English, so having come to grips with the reality that I never actually learned proper English and grammar during 12 years of public school, I am trying to reinvent my English and grammar and am also having to actually educate myself again along those same lines. I do find it extremely important in this day and age, so forgive me if some posts are not properly proofed.

The Detroit Red Wings vs. The Pittsburgh Penguins 2009

The rematch of 2008 Stanley Cup Playoffs is set with a original six victory in Detroit last night against the feisty Chicago Blackhawks. For the first time in 25 years, two teams will meet in back-to-back finals. This match-up, which features the Detroit Red Wings vs. the Pittsburgh Penguins, has been anticipated by many hockey fans and reporters.

The intensity and story lines are great. The previous finals showcased phenomenal scoring, with well matched stellar defensive stops as well. Fitting that it came down to inches, down to the last second, and the puck slipping through the crease in a close game 6 last season.

Marion Hossa, soon after losing game 6 as a Pittsburgh Penguin, accepted a much smaller salary and a trade to the rival Red Wings who just ended his dream. He stated that the Red Wings, to him, had the "best shot to win the Cup again". He now faces his old team, the Penguins, a awkward obstacle to his dream.

The hits this playoff year with the Penguins and Red Wings also tells us to expect one of the most physically challenging finals in recent years.

American flag offensive

What rights do we even have anymore if you can't fly an American flag on Memorial Day? It isn't like she adorns her cubicle every day, even so, what is the wrong in that. It does represent the nation we live in, and the sacrifices that were and are being made to preserve what it's representation. Her main goal was to honor veterans. Her supervisor, an immigrant that moved here from Africa 14 years ago, was the supervisor that personally took it down.

When McLucas came to work Friday, her boss told her another supervisor had found her flag offensive. "I was just totally speechless. I was like, 'You're kidding me,'" McLucas said.

McLucas said the supervisor who complained has been in the United States for 14 years and is formerly from Africa. McLucas said that supervisor took down the flag herself.

The flag was disrespectfully placed on the floor in a lump.

Of course this will stand, and she will not be able to fly it in her cubicle anymore. You can't have African immigrants being so easily offended. You cannot hang anything that represents liberty, justice, bloodshed, and honor. It's just not politically correct. Between the Spanish billboards here in the San Juaquin valley, to this, sometimes I truly wonder what country we live in.

I guess we should get with the program, and start flying one of these...
